First of I have changed hospital to putra specialist center first time I brought my child there Dr Adam was very patient towards us parents and towards my daughter they did everything possible for my child Dr Adam is very soft spoken and explained everything in detail he made sure to go all the way out to find different solution for my child then came in also gastro specialist Dr Faisal very father figure docter and so gentle and kind he made sure the scope was done smoothly for my child the nurses in ward 9 pediatric ward was so nice and made sure we were ok not even the nurses the whole hospital staff actually frm the x-ray staff to the counter register staff even the concierge lady everyone with smiling faces all the time the feeling its not like ur in the hospital they made us feel so comfortable like as if we were on vacation the warmth frm the entrance staff also so accommodating...and now my 3rd 4th time here we are even having a satisfied Experience with datuk Ganeshwaran ent specialist so funny and clicks well with younger patients my son likes him and is nti afraid to do endoscopy with Dr Ganeshwaran it's so nice to see most if the docters caters to patients needs and they also listen to patients request and try to give us a solution so happy with the new management of putra it's so international standard already tq .. even their clinic staff also so accommodating they will follow u all the way down to settle your admission papers even for small bill payment also they accompanied us always downstairs it's so remarkable the whole hospital staff is so friendly and kind even the security guards🙏
