I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr Mohan and the anesthetist, Dr Poh, for saving my father’s life. From the very beginning, Dr Mohan demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and dedication. He handled the situation with great expertise and gave our family much-needed reassurance during a very stressful time. Dr Poh was equally outstanding. His calm and confident presence made us feel safe knowing my father was in good hands. The surgery went smoothly, and we are incredibly thankful for the positive outcome. We are truly grateful for their commitment, compassion, and excellence. Thank you for giving our family another chance with our father. I had an amazing experience at SMCD. I went here to see Dr Mohan because I had some issues with my gallbladder. Excellent doctor, easy to talk to, and friendly. My anesthesiologist was Dr Poh, which was a super duper friendly guy. I feel like I can trust him with anything while I’m out cold. 😂 I also went to see Dr Loh for my pregnancy check up and she was the loveliest and bubbliest doctor I have ever met. 🥹 I can tell and ask her anything. Lastly, all the nurses at SMCD are excellent. From OT to Ward to Doctor’s office. Now onto the bad part. My discharge process took forever because I had to wait for my medications. A 5-days worth of medication took them from morning to afternoon to dispense. I don’t get why it took them so long. Please improve on that part. Because of that, I deduct 1 star. I want to give zero stars but that won’t be fair to the great doctors and nurses that have helped me. Also, the road to inside/outside of the hospital is terrible. I hope that will be fixed once the bridge is done.

I was referred by Queen Elizabeth Hosp (QEH) Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to seek urgent biopsy to confirm my ailments regarding my lungs and the tumors in my brain which was done in MRI and CTs.. Dr Ian was already wt the reviews he recd from QEH and took control by the time we arrived at SMC Damansara on 08July2025. He is very professional and upfront and explained all the pros and cons which gave me so much confidence in him. All procedures was done on the same day but of course due to my advanced ailments, i have to stay on for a few days to get better. SMC Damansara did excellently in taking care of me every hourly until i hv stabilized. Dr Ian and Dr Poh and his team took care of me in HDU until i am better and moved to a normal wad until i checked out on 11July2025. I am not a rich person and i have limited funds to seek help urgently so that i will be able to know how long i have or what type of treatment i will be able to take in future once the biopsy can confirm and i am able to see a brighter future because Dr Ian showed me that there is always hope and treatment to assist me and my family in Sabah. I will always be so grateful to him personally and SMC Damansara for the rest of my life. In future i will try my best to go to SMC Damansara as priority whenever i can to seek assistance because the people there have a heart, thank you so much.

Strongly recommend Dr. Mohan who had saved my mom's life. On 17/04/25 my mom’s had done a Pancreatic Surgery. Today (25/04/25) she can be discharged. We are grateful and beyond words. Surgeon like you are just not doctors, but life-saver. "TONS OF THANKS" Thanks to Anaesthesiologist Dr. Poh Yeh Han who is a very attentive, observant, responsible and skillful doctor. Furthermore, the HUD & Level 9 nurses were equally amazing, patient, and always responsive. Once again thank you all for the incredible care during this difficult time.

His light-heartedness brought comfort to my grandmother, easing her worries and alleviating her anxiety before surgery. The nursing team at Sunway Medical Damansara deserves the highest praise as well. Their attentiveness and kindness made a world of difference. Even during night rounds, they entered the room quietly and gently comforted my grandmother before administering medication, always prioritizing patients peace and sense of security. Overall, the care provided was nothing short of exceptional. We are deeply thankful to the entire team for their professionalism, warmth, and compassion.
