I was referred by Queen Elizabeth Hosp (QEH) Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to seek urgent biopsy to confirm my ailments regarding my lungs and the tumors in my brain which was done in MRI and CTs.. Dr Ian was already wt the reviews he recd from QEH and took control by the time we arrived at SMC Damansara on 08July2025. He is very professional and upfront and explained all the pros and cons which gave me so much confidence in him. All procedures was done on the same day but of course due to my advanced ailments, i have to stay on for a few days to get better. SMC Damansara did excellently in taking care of me every hourly until i hv stabilized. Dr Ian and Dr Poh and his team took care of me in HDU until i am better and moved to a normal wad until i checked out on 11July2025. I am not a rich person and i have limited funds to seek help urgently so that i will be able to know how long i have or what type of treatment i will be able to take in future once the biopsy can confirm and i am able to see a brighter future because Dr Ian showed me that there is always hope and treatment to assist me and my family in Sabah. I will always be so grateful to him personally and SMC Damansara for the rest of my life. In future i will try my best to go to SMC Damansara as priority whenever i can to seek assistance because the people there have a heart, thank you so much.

New hospital with new equipments and the most comfortable hospitality and environment. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I was admitted twice for my ovarian cancer sickness under Dr Zaharuddin maternity ward 8A..the nurses here Kelly and other nurses in marternity ward 8A and HDU are so kind and helpful. My highest respect and gratitude to my doctors, Dr Zaharuddin (Gynaeoncologist), Dr Chong Yip Boon (Nephrologist), Dr Dato Yap Lok Bin ( Cardiologiat) and Dr Poh Yeh Han ( Anesthesiologist) who have treated me with their utmost capabilities and passions. Highly recommended.

With immense gratitude and humility, I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire medical team at Sunway Medical Centre Damansara for all the assistance, care, and sacrifices provided to my child, TEO YING ZE, following his accident. At a time when our family was at our lowest, filled with sadness, fear, and uncertainty, Doctor Tee graciously accepted my child's case and provided an immediate opportunity for treatment to proceed. My thanks also extend to all the nurses in the HDU ward and the nurses in Ward 10A, who consistently cared for my child with great affection, patience, and responsibility. During a time when our family was emotionally and mentally exhausted, the kind treatment from the nurses truly gave us the strength to persevere through this ordeal. Special recognition goes to the male nurse, Liew Bao Sen. He is exceptionally dedicated, meticulous, and responsible in his duties. The way he cared for my child with such attentiveness and earnestness deeply touched our family. His consistently caring, patient, and professional demeanor brought us peace, knowing our child was in the best hands. Indeed, we are incredibly grateful to have encountered such kind-hearted and committed doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. You not only treated my child's wounds and pain but also provided hope, strength, and spirit to our family to remain resilient. From the bottom of our hearts, our family expresses millions of thanks to everyone who has helped TEO YING ZE throughout this treatment period. Your service and kindness will forever be remembered. Outstanding and Excellent service. Had a cervical surgery done. Dr. Davendran and Dr. Poh were exceptional. Briefs on my condition and treatment explained clearly. The steps involved every step of the was. Woke up after surgery painless! Amazing. The nurses were experienced and gentle and responsive.

His light-heartedness brought comfort to my grandmother, easing her worries and alleviating her anxiety before surgery. Even during night rounds, they entered the room quietly and gently comforted my grandmother before administering medication, always prioritizing patients peace and sense of security. Overall, the care provided was nothing short of exceptional. We are deeply thankful to the entire team for their professionalism, warmth, and compassion.
