Really satisfied.... 1st time consultation with an ENT specialist, Dr Khairullah bin Anuar and set an appointment for tonsillectomy surgery. Checking in at this hospital is like checking in at a 5-star hotel. ❤️❤️Comfortable and complete room with basic amenities. The food provided is also delicious and always meets my taste. So,yummy! A huge thank you to my ENT specialist, Dr Khairullah Anuar (Dr Khai). He is the best doctor I know. Highly recommended! He is a low profile, cheerful person, caters to the needs of the patients and understands the problems faced by the patients before and after the surgery. Thank you also to all the nurses and healthcare assistants in PWD 2 ( Ward 2) who were always kind, caring and provided the best treatment throughout my rehabilitation treatment. It’s my third time being warded at this hospital, but this time felt different—in the best way. I finally received the right treatment from the right doctors. Dr. Khairullah (ENT) treated my sinusitis with care and made sure all my concerns were answered. Dr. Joyce Pauline (Neuro) was so warm and truly listened to my symptoms—her kindness meant a lot. Dr. Arif (Anesthesiologist) helped calm my nerves and stayed kind before, during, and after the procedure. The nurses and health assistants in Ward 2 were also really sweet and attentive. Grateful for the care I received this time around. For improvement, I hope the hospital can increase the availability of single rooms. When single beds aren’t available, patients are placed in shared rooms—and sometimes it’s difficult to rest properly when other patients are loud or not considerate.

I had a really smooth and positive experience with my nasal surgery, thanks to ENT specialist Dr. Khairullah. The room was comfy, and the care from both the doctor and nurses was absolutely wonderful.

Overall service is good! Staff nurse was very helpful. Pharmacist able to explain the procedure for each medication intake process, and food was very nice! My room was 301-D and will recommend this to others :) Edited 20th Nov 2024: Admitted 2nd time under Dr Khairullah for ENT. Overall service are good and would recommend people to come here.
