Ward 3A, Room 203A, the treatment at Aurelius Hospital was very, very good... and they were very attentive to patients... in all aspects... The nurses there were also very, very kind in attending to patients... and the facilities were very good... very, very satisfactory... The OT room, all the nurses were also very okay... Dr. Khairullah Anuar (ENT) : Doc conduct consultations to assess patients health concens, provide diagnoses and recommend treatment plans. Doctor prescribe good medications, therapies, and treatments. Meal : efficient system are in place to ensure timely and accurate delivery n good food. Nurse : nurse are primarily responsible for direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providinf treatments as prescribed by physicians. It’s my third time being warded at this hospital, but this time felt different—in the best way. I finally received the right treatment from the right doctors. Dr. Khairullah (ENT) treated my sinusitis with care and made sure all my concerns were answered. Dr. Joyce Pauline (Neuro) was so warm and truly listened to my symptoms—her kindness meant a lot. Dr. Arif (Anesthesiologist) helped calm my nerves and stayed kind before, during, and after the procedure. The nurses and health assistants in Ward 2 were also really sweet and attentive. Grateful for the care I received this time around. For improvement, I hope the hospital can increase the availability of single rooms. When single beds aren’t available, patients are placed in shared rooms—and sometimes it’s difficult to rest properly when other patients are loud or not considerate.

I had a really smooth and positive experience with my nasal surgery, thanks to ENT specialist Dr. Khairullah. The room was comfy, and the care from both the doctor and nurses was absolutely wonderful.
