I had my cervical spine surgery at Mahkota Medical Centre, and I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received. Dr. Goh is a highly responsible and compassionate doctor who went above and beyond to help me throughout my treatment. He even helped me secure a sponsored neck support collar, which I deeply appreciate. His professionalism and genuine concern made a difficult journey much easier. I would also like to thank Sister Yong, who was incredibly responsible and caring. She patiently shared detailed post-surgery care instructions and ensured I understood everything I needed for a smooth recovery. Highly recommended!

Our child was involved in an accident after falling from a table and was diagnosed with brain bleeding. Throughout this difficult period, Dr. Goh provided us with highly professional guidance and reassurance. Dr. Ee also took excellent care of our child with great patience, compassion, and attentiveness. We are especially grateful to all the nurses in Ward 6A, who were consistently kind, caring, and helpful. Their warmth and dedication truly comforted our family during such a stressful time. During one of the days in the hospital, I suddenly fell from a chair and almost fainted. Dr. Goh responded immediately and provided emergency assistance before my condition worsened. After that, Dr. Tai also took very good care of me and thoughtfully arranged for me to stay in the same ward as my child, which meant a lot to us. The entire medical team made us feel warmly cared for, almost like family. We are deeply thankful for the exceptional service, professionalism, and compassion shown by everyone throughout our stay. We are truly satisfied and highly recommend their outstanding care and dedication.

I am writing this to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care my father received during the hospital stay from 3/7/2025 - 11/8/2025. From ICD to HDU. The way Dr Goh Chin Hwee patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns was truly appreciated. Even though he is busy, he will still take his time to listen and address all my concerns. His compassion and dedication to his patient care is truly commendable. He is not only a skilful surgeon but also a doctor who treat the patient with holistic care, not just the disease itself. The nurses in ICU and HDU (especially for those who took care of bed 870D) are caring, attentive and willingness to explain the doctor’s plans to us when we are not able to meet the doctors during their round. My father is bedridden and paralyzed; he definitely needs more attention. Thank you for attended to his needs every single time he required without any hesitation. I would like to thanks the physiotherapy team for helping my father in his rehab journey. They are always positive, supportive and encouraging. Once again, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for all the cares and supports given to my father. Their compassion and dedication definitely make a big difference in my father’s recovery.
