I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the on-call Sister, Sr. Norlili, for her outstanding assistance upon my arrival at the Emergency Department, as well as to the emergency team for their swift response and prompt treatment before I was transferred to the ward. Reflecting on my daughter’s admission in March 2025, I am truly grateful for the invaluable customer service team that responds swiftly to all questions and concerns. Dr. Jamuna’s attentiveness and punctuality in treating my daughter in the ER, ward, and clinic exemplify her dedication. She truly is the best doctor ever! Also, thank you, KPJ Klang, for the excellent care during my stay from July 4th to July 12th, 2025. The support and kindness I received were exceptional. Huge thanks to Dr. Thi Ha Htun (Urologist) and Dr. Anil (Gastrologist)! They are brilliant at what they do, patiently explaining everything and ensuring I was comfortable. Also, a big thank you to Su, Dr. Thi Ha Htun's clinic assistant, for her efficient help, and to the Anesthesiologist (whose name I've unfortunately forgotten) for keeping me safe and comfortable during my procedures. The excellent service wasn't just from the doctors. Mimi and Ira from customer service was super helpful and made all the paperwork easy. The nurses in the surgical ward were amazing. Their constant care and skill created a calming and healing space. I especially want to thank Najihah, Nadirah, Farah, Nur Khairunnisa, and Izani. Even the student nurses were doing a great job. Overall, my time at KPJ Klang was positive. I would recommend KPJ Klang to anyone needing medical help.

The doctors here are fantastic especially the diabetic doctor Jamuna, she follow up very closely my sugar levels and advice me accordingly. While the chief nurse Thareni does a superb monitoring and administration job. You're the best, made me very comfortable while taking my treatment here. Thanks to all.

Bad experience for check in via emergency.take almost 4 hours just to check in and the staff nurse at emergency are not friendly but lucky the doc and nurses at ward are good especially Dr Husin, Dr Hue,Dr Yazid,Dr Jamuna and Dr Arun.friendly doctors.Staff nurse as per below Wan nuriffah huda Wafi cashier emergency Kausy customer service Norayuni Hemala Devi Nurul Farah Shuhada And special shoutout to Ms Rima at ward customer service..very Friendly's lady. The food are lousy compared to Sunway hospital but the PUAS cafe food really not bad and price reasonable. On 10 May I had admitted again due to fell down and being treated by a very good doc Lau Yue Hui and also a very good nurse in ward 5.special thanks to Nur hazira hazwani Siti wahida Maisarah Nur khairunnisa Nur Najihah Nur Ainaa Care assistant Nur Dini qistini Nurul atiqah Only complaint is discharge took more than 6 hours...need to improve on that...
