This is by far the best hospital experience I have ever had. The service, empathy, and professionalism were excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Dr. Shaun, Dr. Gayathiri, and Dr. Kelvin for their outstanding care and attention. The nurses and staffs were also incredibly kind, attentive, and empathetic, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The hospital is very clean and well-maintained, and even the café food was delicious. Columbia Asia truly sets a very high benchmark compared to other hospitals I have been to. Truly 5-star service — other hospitals should learn from them. Add on: I recently returned for my Cardio Max test, and once again, the experience was outstanding. My sincere appreciation to Dr. Sabapathy for his friendly, thorough, and reassuring care — he patiently explained my results and put my mind completely at ease. A big thank-you as well to Normiza, Azlan, and the team of nurses/practitioners who assisted me during my tests. They were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. Their empathy and encouragement made the entire experience smooth and comfortable.
