I, Siti Shazana, a dialysis patient at MAHSA Specialist Hospital, am very satisfied with the services provided by all the dialysis staff (Sr. Laili, Ssn Atiqah, MA Zamri). And I also must not forget Dr. Eddie. Especially Dr. Eddie, who is very understanding of the patient's condition.

Half of my family admitted to Paediatric ward due to Influenza and was under the supervision from Dr Viashnari for my kids and Dr Eddie for myself. Dr Viash is very good Dr and friendly towards the kids. She attend the kids with so much care and explained the need to admitted the other son as he was infected after few days his sister tested positive influenza. Dr Eddie is very professional and always make sure i am okay prior discharge. He concerned make me relieved. The nurses are very helpful and concern to my kids conditions. I am a patient undergoing treatment at the Dialysis Unit, MAHSA Specialist Hospital. My experience of over 1 year undergoing dialysis here has been very encouraging and has given me a sweet experience. Being the first dialysis patient in this hospital since 2024, I am glad that I have been in good care. Under the care of Dr Eddie, ANM Norlaili, SSN Atiqah and Zamri together with Nur Ayra from the front desk, attending dialysis is a pleasure. They have been very profesional at their task, managing, scheduling patients. They also make the environment of the dialysis center feel a breeze. Hope this will continue to be an excellent service.

UNEXPECTED EXPERIENCES Our whole family had to be admitted to the paediatric ward due to food poisoning 🤒. Alhamdulillah, the overall experience was very positive ❤️. From registration right up to the ward everything was excellent. All the staff were very kind, friendly, attentive and helpful, especially Puan Azean and Puan Anusha with their team. Their care really made us feel comfortable and at ease. The nurses kept checking our child’s IV line and changed the dressing several times so the hand wouldn’t swell. We truly felt they cared. The doctors were also very kind and informative. Dr. Shashi, Dr. Eddie, and Dr. Vaishari were among those who treated us. They explained everything clearly, took the time to listen, and made us feel truly confident in their care. The room was clean, the toilet was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We received a toiletries set complete with towels and nicely scented soap. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong too — very satisfying 👍. The only downside was the food, except for the nasi lemak and spaghetti which were delicious. The chicken breast was dry and tough, such a pity it went to waste. Who says sick people can’t have tasty food? 🙃 Using chicken breast is fine, but when it’s cooked until it’s too dry it becomes really hard to eat 😅. Good food is much less likely to be wasted. It would be great if the hospital could offer a bit more variety on the menu so patients have more appetite. Overall still a full 5 ⭐ because the service, the doctors and the cleanliness were top-notch. Our whole family was very satisfied with MAHSA Specialist Hospital. If it hadn’t been for all the children’s wards elsewhere being full that night, we would never have known how good MAHSA Hospital is. Thank you to everyone who took such good care of us. Staff semua sangat baik, mesra, very attentive dan membantu terutama Puan Azean dan Puan Anusha bersama team mereka. Layanan mereka betul-betul buat kami rasa selesa dan tenang. Nurse-nurse siap check jarum IV anak kami berkali-kali dan tukar pembalut beberapa kali supaya tangan anak tak bengkak. Memang terasa mereka betul-betul ambil berat. Doktor-doktor pun baik dan sangat informative. Dr Shashi, Dr Eddie dan Dr Vaishari antara yang banyak membantu kami. Bilik bersih, toilet pun bersih, katil selesa. Kami dapat set toiletries siap dengan towel dan sabun yang wangi. Air toilet pun laju, memang puas hati 👍. Cuma bab makanan je yang agak kurang sikit kecuali nasi lemak dan spaghetti yang sedap. Chicken breast pula kering dan keras sangat, sayang pula tak habis dan lauk dibazirkan. Siapa cakap orang sakit tak boleh makan sedap-sedap? 🙃 Boleh je guna bahagian breast tapi bila masak sampai terlalu kering memang jadi susah nak makan 😅. Makanan yang sedap sukar untuk dibazirkan. Kalau boleh pihak hospital tambahkan sedikit pilihan menu supaya pesakit lebih berselera. Overall tetap 5 ⭐ sebab layanan, doktor dan kebersihan tiptop. Kami sekeluarga sangat berpuas hati dengan MAHSA Specialist Hospital. Kalau bukan sebab semua wad hospital bagagian kanak-kanak penuh pada malam itu kami tak tahu MAHSA hospital pun best.
