Being the first dialysis patient in this hospital since 2024, I am glad that I have been in good care. Under the care of Dr Eddie, ANM Norlaili, SSN Atiqah and Zamri together with Nur Ayra from the front desk, attending dialysis is a pleasure. They have been very profesional at their task, managing, scheduling patients. They also make the environment of the dialysis center feel a breeze. Hope this will continue to be an excellent service.

I was admitted for the first time to this new hospital and was immediately placed in the Yellow Zone upon arrival. The staff nurses and on-call doctor provided excellent monitoring and made me feel well cared for from the very beginning. Shortly after, I was attended by a specialist and placed under the supervision of Dr. Eddie Wong, who was outstanding throughout the entire process. His professionalism, attentiveness, and clear communication were very reassuring. The only minor issue was the waiting time for the bed, which took about an hour to be ready. However, aside from that, the overall experience was genuinely positive. I would confidently rate this hospital as a great place for treatment with dedicated staff and quality care.
