My wife and I admitted to the hospital on 6th April 2026 midnight at 12am for our planned c-sec at 8am with Dr Vicky. The admission process is seamless and got into our ward room pretty quick. As soon as we were admitted, the nurse came for orientation, briefing and setting up CTG to check for baby's heart rate and contraction. Everything seem normal except the baby heart rate was stable(could be baby was sleeping) which according to the nurse should be more active. The nurse was in constant communication with Dr Vicky. Then we got transferred to delivery ward for closer monitoring, we were already a little bit worried. By 3+ the nurse suddenly ran into the ward room, looked worried and nervous and telling us the baby HR is dropping, need to do the c-sec immediately while trying to stimulate the baby to remain active, at the same time asking Dr to come immediately. In the meantime we were being pushed to the OT and while in that I think we were both in shocked and nervous and shaking wondering would things be ok. (after event thinking back, the nurse even though was worried, she reacted swiftly in ensuring the baby was safe - thanks to her) As soon as we reached OT, anaes Dr came and do a briefing, and Dr Vicky arrived soon after and they were pushed into the OT for emergency c-sec. Fortunately, outcome was good and there were nothing to be worried about after, both baby and mother was safe and healthy. Baby came out from OT first, then Peads Dr Ang also assure the baby is well despite the earlier bradycardia. Dr Vicky and anaes Dr also came to reassure that everything was well and there is no need of concern. That really calm everything down. It was then around 545am. Today 8th April at check out, noting the incidence taken place above, the in charge persons from delivery ward came and express their apologies to us for causing the shock and nervousness, and explain the incident. This was not expected but a courteous show of professionalism. For me this is really good sense of ensuring the emotional and mental wellbeing of patient and the family. Worth to mention also lactation nurse Deepa, professional and expert in guiding us through the breastfeeding process. Eventhough being 2nd time parent, there is still many new things which we didn't know and learn from her. Thanks so much. Overall, the nursing team was good in ensuring we were well taken care of and comfortable during our stay. The whole experience was quite pleasing, with its ups and downs emotionally, but a very pleasing and good services at every level(Dr Vicky, Dr Ang peads, Anaes, Deepa, nurse team). Kudos...

Great facilities in terms of clealiness and modern equipments. Helpful staff with concierge station every corner. Shout out to Dr Vicky, OBGYNE, great medical knowledge and provide excellent C-Sec procedure. Radiology Ultrasound waiting time need improvement. Instead of being assigned to a doctor, it would be great if any radiology doctor available could perfom the scanning. Unless there is some reason i do not know of. We experienced twice of 3 hours waiting time from 8am to 11am due to doctor caught in traffic jam.
