Thank you to Dr. Ahmad Kusyairi Khalid for successfully performing the acute sinusitis surgery. This was my first experience undergoing surgery and being admitted to the ward. Everything went smoothly from the beginning of my ENT screening until my discharge from Avisena. The professionalism shown by Dr. Kusyairi's assistant in accommodating my requested date changes is greatly appreciated, right up to the ward admission appointment date. I am extremely satisfied with every service provided by each staff member at Avisena. All of them, without exception.

I chose to go to Avisena due to its google review of its ENT doctor. Overall was ok although prices are on the high side for a new and small establishment in comparison to the standard private hospitals, improvements needed beyond just branding and impressions especially in the quality of healthcare and administrative processing. I had a turbinate reduction, post-op care was not thoroughly given explanation on care needed, they even skipped the douching care process. They don’t have menu for diabetics, otherwise food is decent. Overall I liked the private setting, good etiquettes of all staff, good safe access control & good nurses. My doctors are Dr Kusyairi ENT and Dr Kartini Dermatologist both specialists and experts in their respective fields.

My most memorable experience with AVISENA was on 23 May 2025, when I had an ENT appointment with Datuk Dr. Ahmad Kusyairi Bin Khalid, Consultant ENT, Head & Neck Surgeon, regarding my obstructive sleep apnea. During the consultation, Dr. Ahmad Kusyairi provided a very detailed and clear explanation of my condition and the treatment options. I felt confident and well-informed, which led me to proceed with the surgery under his care on 5 May. The entire process—from consultation to surgery—was incredibly fast, smooth, and without any complications. Dr. Ahmad Kusyairi is not only highly skilled but also very friendly and approachable. He took the time to ensure I fully understood everything and even went the extra mile to assist me with a discount for the procedure. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Ahmad Kusyairi to anyone considering surgery for obstructive sleep apnea.
