Ms. Gandhimadhi's service was truly excellent, patiently explaining many things. Dr. Choy Chun Ngok is a very responsible cardiologist. Unlike other doctors, he doesn't explain things unclearly. He consistently checks on patients in the ward and inquires about their condition. His attitude is truly wonderful, making me, the patient, feel very optimistic! Dr. Hew Fen Lee is an endocrinologist who creates a very stress-free environment (I'm not sure if this is the correct way to phrase it). He is a very warm doctor; when he comes to inquire about the patient's condition, he makes the atmosphere pleasant. Thank you very much to Subang Jaya Medical Centre for the care and concern.

SJMC has good doctors — to name a few: Dr Raveendran, Dr Alan Teh, Dr Hew Fern Lee, Dr. Paranthaman (ER), Dr. SAndrew (ER), Dr. Yap (ER), Dr. Sherrini and of course, Dr Daphne herself. She is attentive, genuinely concerned for her patients, and takes the time to listen. However her nurse is not approachable. It doesn’t take more than one interaction to realise that. For us, the service quality at SJMC is dropping - and it’s quite noticeably especially over the past 1 to 1.5 years - we have been coming to this hospital since 2004, so this quite disappointing As for the Ultrasound Department — we don’t even know where to begin. Almost all the staff there are difficult to approach- I also personally had a poor experience with the nurses at Level 1 just a few weeks ago I also have an ongoing unsettled insurance bill with the hospital, and it has been challenging to connect with the team for assistance. . I truly hope SJMC will take these concerns into account for improvements. On another note - we would like to commend Mr. Raju from the ER department for consistently demonstrating excellent service. He has truly raised the bar when it comes to patient care. If such service could be taught or replicated across the hospital, it would be phenomenal.

Horrible service!! You call yourself a reputable centre and yet the service you give does not deserve even 1 star!! I had the worst experience with your customer service. I called the customer service yesterday morning to get an appointment slip to see Dr Hew on the 17th july at 3.45pm and they connected me to the outpatient clinic, however my call was never attended. The customer service promised to get back to me and they never did up to evening. When i called them back they said clinic is closed and will get back to me today. And yet up to now i have not received any response! Why are you making our lives so difficult? What kind of customer service are you providing?? Don't call yourself centre of excellence because you don't deserve it with such poor service. Very disappointed....
