I knew Dr Faizal when I brought my late father to the emergency in 2019. My father later became his patient. Now my mother and I are his patients and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He is really committed to his profession and his patients always come first. My mother was admitted to KPJ twice under other doctors a few years ago and Dr Faizal found time to visit her both times even though he was very busy. I am forever grateful to Dr Faizal. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor. Whenever I have any medical questions about my mother and me, he will patiently explain everything thoroughly to us. Thank you very much, Dr Faizal. KPJ has been very helpful in taking good care of patients. Dr. Nor Faizal's explanations were very clear. Throughout my stay in Ward 414, I was well looked after. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and approachable. The room was very comfortable. I was very comfortable with the staff Syafikah, Suraya, Huyaina, Juliana, Farahih, and the nursing assistants who were very cheerful, especially Tasya, Najihah, Wani, Hidayah, and Fatin. They all always helped and brightened my days during my stay in the ward, so much so that I forgot I was sick. It was like checking into a 5-star hotel. Alhamdulillah, today I am able to go home. Thousands of thanks to all the staff in Ward 4A, Room 414.

The service from Dr. Faizal was very satisfactory, with very clear explanations. The service and care from the Ward 4 staff were also excellent, especially from Nurse Juliana, Azyan, Tasha, Ainul, and all the other Ward 4 personnel who were always friendly and smiling.
