Had my monthly maternal checkup and delivery at this hospital. Overall experience- great ambience and excellent service from all the hospital staff. My ward room was clean. There was plenty of options for food and the food was nice too. After delivery, my baby was admitted into nicu for 8 days. Although i was dealing with unpleasant emotions going through the experience, i knew my baby was in a great care from the nicu nurses and the doc, Dr Vidya. Special thanks to the nicu unit for taking care of my baby. I am so grateful i chose the best hospital which is fully equipped to handle my baby's case. Plus point, i had a good time in the OT when i had my c-section. The doctors were really attentive and made the experience a pleasant one.

The nurses were exceptionally attentive, and the doctors were outstanding. My son is receiving excellent care. Dr. Vidya is particularly remarkable; her genuine approach with children is truly commendable. Dr. Syariz is also impressive, instilling confidence and calmness with his expertise.

I would recommend Avisena to other children! This is my second admission. The first admission is because of Influenza B and recently is because of Influenza A. Room: The most comfortable room I have ever stayed in with my son. for the caregiver, they provided with sofa bed with 2 pillows. Nurses: The nurses are friendly and helpful. They treated my son with love and played with him. Always be on standby if I need anything. Attending Dr: Dr Vidya who was treating my son is very gentle and knowledgeable. I love her so much. Thank you so much Dr Vidya! Parking: The parking is quite easy and the rate is reasonable, a 1-night stay is RM10. Food: The inpatient food is fantastic, they provide such a nutritious and wonderful food selection. You will not starve. lol! My coverage is only for 2 beds, but they upgraded my son's room to single. Maybe my son's luck that day. My critique is only about the limited restaurants and shops in the lobby. And the cafe at level 8. They should improve and serve their food better.
