Good exp come to KPJ Damansara since year 2020 as a Cancer patient. More different and good services improvement when i come again on 2024 to follow up my treatment. My uncle was warded at KPJ Damansara for two months—we were even told by the doctors and staff that he “broke the record” as the longest-staying patient in the KPJ Premier Ward (P12)! With such a long stay, there are truly so many people we would like to thank. From day one, every single member of the team went above and beyond to make his stay as comfortable as possible. It genuinely felt like he was at home, thanks to the exceptional care, warmth, and kindness extended to him throughout these two months. From the ambulance driver and medic on February 13, to the caring medical assistants, food services team, cleaning staff, physiotherapists, and dietitian—each of you played an important role in his recovery journey. And of course, to the wonderful nurses of Premier Suite (P12)—kind, patient, attentive, and always bringing smiles with your warmth and humor—thank you for being so amazing. A very special shoutout to the incredibly dedicated doctors: Dr Shahrudeen (aka Dr Batik) :))) , Prof Dato Dr Harun (aka Dr Smart) :)) , Dato Dr Nik (aka Dr Caring) :)) , and Dr Sangeetha (aka Dr Sweet):)). Their willingness to share their own experiences related to patient situations provides invaluable support and understanding. All nurses demonstrate exceptional skills and maintain a consistently positive attitude. Dr. Sangeetha's unwavering helpfulness is deeply appreciated.The department itself is comfortable and well-equipped. Adjustable seating, state-of-the-art medical machinery, and designated visitor seating contribute to a welcoming environment.One important note for those undergoing chemotherapy: the process must continue uninterrupted. If nature calls during treatment, you will need to bring your IV setup with you. While this can be inconvenient staff is always ready to assist. Conveniently located and accessible restrooms cater to the needs of patients and families.Meals are thoughtfully provided, with both breakfast and lunch available, adding a touch of care to the patient experience.Finally, In this space, I have witnessed strength, compassion, and humanity. Tandas yang terletak di lokasi strategik dan mudah diakses memenuhi keperluan pesakit dan keluarga mereka.Makanan juga disediakan dengan penuh perhatian, termasuk sarapan dan makan tengah hari, menambah sentuhan kepedulian dalam pengalaman pesakit.Akhirnya, di ruang ini, saya menyaksikan kekuatan, belas kasihan, dan kemanusiaan. Saya berdoa agar segala urusan dipermudahkan dan semua yang melalui pintu ini diberikan kesembuhan.Secara keseluruhan, jabatan onkologi ini menyediakan sebuah tempat perlindungan yang tenang di tengah ketidakpastian rawatan kanser.
