I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Ling Jian Loong for the excellent care I received throughout my total hip replacement journey. After living with hip pain for years, I was naturally very anxious about the surgery. However, Dr. Ling explained everything clearly and gave me great confidence. To my surprise, my personal experience after the surgery was much better than I had expected. I did not experience the severe pain that I had feared. Throughout my recovery, I felt well cared for, and the entire process was much smoother than I imagined. Dr. Ling is highly skilled, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Every follow-up visit has been reassuring, and he always takes the time to answer my questions. I would also like to thank the nurses, physiotherapists, and all the staff at Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh for their kindness and excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Ling to anyone looking for an orthopaedic surgeon. Thank you for giving me a positive surgical experience and helping me begin my journey back to a better quality of life.

I was admitted to SMCI from 1st to 5th June 2026 due to shoulder dislocated . I would to Thank to all the ED staff, Dr. Ling, and all Ward 6C staff for the excellent care and support during my hospitalization. I was admitted due to knee injured. Dr. Ling was professional and explained my knee injury clearly, which made me feel reassured during treatment. The ward nurses were caring, attentive, and always quick to help when needed. Overall, i had a good experience and appreciate the care provided by both the doctor and nursing team and also the food was served on time, warm, and tasted better than expected. Appreciate the effort from the kitchen team.
