I had an excellent experience walking in for a female health screening at Columbia Asia Hospital. Front Desk: Friendly and helpful. Health Screening Unit: Puan Normiza is a star! She is so kind and patient. She was incredibly kind and guided me through the entire process. She even helped me when I lost my voucher and made sure I felt comfortable. Radiology: Ms. Ain was very supportive and kind to accompany me for the checks. Dr. Shaun was highly professional, explaining the ultrasound details clearly. Dietary Advice: Ms. Maslissa gave excellent advice on my diet and body composition. Consultation: Dr. Gayathiri wrapped everything up with a very thorough report explanation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and professional screening.

This is by far the best hospital experience I have ever had. The service, empathy, and professionalism were excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Dr. Shaun, Dr. Gayathiri, and Dr. Kelvin for their outstanding care and attention. The nurses and staffs were also incredibly kind, attentive, and empathetic, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The hospital is very clean and well-maintained, and even the café food was delicious. Columbia Asia truly sets a very high benchmark compared to other hospitals I have been to. Truly 5-star service — other hospitals should learn from them. Add on: I recently returned for my Cardio Max test, and once again, the experience was outstanding. My sincere appreciation to Dr. Sabapathy for his friendly, thorough, and reassuring care — he patiently explained my results and put my mind completely at ease. A big thank-you as well to Normiza, Azlan, and the team of nurses/practitioners who assisted me during my tests. They were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. Their empathy and encouragement made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Excellent service by the team here. Was admitted and first seen by A&E Dr Kalaiselvi and then by Dr Shaun Darren Aerial, Radiologist for the MRI scan. Guided me well through the process which can be daunting. And Dr Tan Li Fen, Internal Medicine Physical who was my primary care Dr, was very detailed in providing the diagnosis and treatment for my case. Did my annual medical checkup, very fast, came at 8am, result and consultation completed by 12pm. Dr Ting the consult was friendly and professional. Dr Shaun the radiologist was also good. But less tests are offered here compared to other hospitals. Online booking system doesn't work, I had to call to make my appointment.

Well today is my second visit to Columbia Asia Batu Kawan. Columbia Asia Hospital has been one of my top pick when it comes to health and staying healthy. Here at the front counter we has a friendly soft spoken kind helpful Miss Lee Huei Ping and Cik Riza. Then we had experience talented Dr Shaun Darren which is very professional and experience with Ultrasound together with Nurse Noor which is very patience and humble. Besides Nurse Hanim Eidayu friendly outspoken cheerful and detail experience patience Dr Kelvin Thomas. Thank you to kind Dr Gayatri and her awesome team Nurse Patricia and Nurse Normiza.
