The AMAZING Dr Shaun, consultant radiologist explained in explicit detail during my health screening on the findings - this matters HUGELY to me. His calm disposition and detailed explanation absolutely help (present tense) Thank YOU, Dr. Shaun - Columbia Asia Hospital did me a clever service hiring you. As for superb Dr Tan Li Fen - lucky me for having her as my on-duty consultant for my health screening. She was EXTREMELY helpful and clear when reviewing my lab results. Both of these FANTASTIC medical staff are CLEARLY the reason for my 5-star review. I wish there are more stars as I would select them, without prejudice. Shout out to Aruna (my sincere apologies if I spelled your name wrongly) who was on duty at the reception area - she too upholds the good in the hospital.

This is by far the best hospital experience I have ever had. The service, empathy, and professionalism were excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Dr. Shaun, Dr. Gayathiri, and Dr. Kelvin for their outstanding care and attention. The nurses and staffs were also incredibly kind, attentive, and empathetic, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The hospital is very clean and well-maintained, and even the café food was delicious. Columbia Asia truly sets a very high benchmark compared to other hospitals I have been to. Truly 5-star service — other hospitals should learn from them. Add on: I recently returned for my Cardio Max test, and once again, the experience was outstanding. My sincere appreciation to Dr. Sabapathy for his friendly, thorough, and reassuring care — he patiently explained my results and put my mind completely at ease. A big thank-you as well to Normiza, Azlan, and the team of nurses/practitioners who assisted me during my tests. They were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. Their empathy and encouragement made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Excellent service by the team here. Was admitted and first seen by A&E Dr Kalaiselvi and then by Dr Shaun Darren Aerial, Radiologist for the MRI scan. Guided me well through the process which can be daunting. And Dr Tan Li Fen, Internal Medicine Physical who was my primary care Dr, was very detailed in providing the diagnosis and treatment for my case.
