My dad was admitted on 4 May and discharged on 11 May. In the 1 week, he’s been admitted, he is very well taken care by the attending physician - Dr Chen Queen Liung and Dr Kenneth Koh. The nurses were all very attentive and passionate when they attended to my dad. The food served was balanced diet. The facilities was adequate. Dr Chen also included physio therapy so ensure continuos mobility which is good for patients. We appreciate how Dr Chen was very thorough and we appreciate the nurses on Orkid ward.

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Saraswathi! I visited the hospital today hoping to see Dr. George Lee, but unfortunately, he was unavailable. I was carrying my baby, and my husband was very unwell, so I was feeling quite overwhelmed. Thankfully, we met Saraswathi at the outpatient department MOB. She was absolutely amazing. She stepped in and humbly handled everything from A to Z, quickly arranging a walk-in appointment for us with Dr. Kenneth. Because of her efficiency, the entire process was incredibly fast. I later found out she is a Front Office Executive, and her leadership and dedication truly shine through. Thanks to her prompt assistance, my husband is now warded in a beautiful, comfortable room. All the credit goes to Saraswathi for turning a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Thank you so much!
