Thank you Aurelius Hospital, the service and service are really tip top👍🏻 starting from the entrance of A&E until discharged… Special thanks to Dato’ Dr Suresh Ramasamy (orthopaedics) who treated my son because his arm was broken from an accident, hit by a motorbike while he was cycling at our neighbourhood, thank God there were no serious injuries other than the broken arm… Thank you to Dr Lim Wei Keong (Anaesthesiology), Thank you Dr Afiq (A&E), and to all staff, nurses and management who celebrated my son’s birthday… speedy recovery my boy👍🏻👍🏻 Alhamdulillah Allah eased all our family affairs, and may our son recover soon… amen….sorry Dato’sy didn’t have time to take a picture with Dato…next appointment you can take a picture👍🏻my son is happy to receive two gifts from Aurelius Hospital, it happened that my son’s birthday was on the day of the incident and my son is a Kedah state athlete for bowling… thank you for making my son happy really appreciate🥰the food here is all delicious👍🏻recommended

Thank you for being a part of such a special and life-changing moment for our family.

My son was admitted to Aurelius Hospital, Alor Setar under the care of Dr. Ammar, on 29th May 2025 after injuring his left index finger. From the moment we arrived, we were met with efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care. We want to give our special thanks to Dr. Chong Wei Nian and all the staffs in the Emergency Department, who handled my son with great compassion and speed. Dr. Ammar, Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology Consultant, for his prompt and clear guidance throughout. His explanations regarding my son condition and procedure that he will performed was very clear and easy to understand. The admission and insurance process, managed by Ms. Hashitoh, was smooth, and the surgery was carried out the same evening. As for the OT side, Dr. Lim Wei Keong (Anaesthesiology) explained everything clearly and allowed me to accompany my son into the OT until the sedation effect works, together with the warm and cheerful team helped ease his fears. Thanks OT team! My son was admitted to the Paeds Ward. Earlier, despite a difficult branula insertion, Dr. Rahmah and the Paediatric Ward staff remained kind and patient handling my son’s violent behavior. Post-op, Dr. Ammar checked on my son immediately—he recovered well with no pain. Discharge was smooth, with Dr. Ammar personally handling the wound dressing and aftercare instructions. Billing and Pharmacy staff also very efficient with their job. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and compassion from everyone involved. The hospitality, facility and the efficiency also very satisfied. Thank you for making a stressful experience so much easier. Keep up the excellent work!
