Had a very good experience at Sunway Medical Hospital. The staff were professional and efficient. Special thanks to CS Afifah for being very helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the process. Also, thank you to Dr. Tan Eng Liang for the clear explanations, professionalism, and excellent care. The food was good, with a nice variety and tasty meals, which suits patient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay very pleasant and restful. Overall, a reassuring and positive experience. Highly recommended.

Dr. Cheah Soon Keat and Dr. Tan Eng Liang, both the doctors and nurses were very good. They were understanding of the patient's feelings and provided good service.

As a nurse at Island Hosp, I also have days when I feel unwell. But here, I would like to provide excellent feedback for Dr. Tan Eng Liang and the staff of Ward 7A (Room 710). They truly deserve 5 stars. Dr. Tan’s compassion, clear explanations, and dedication made me feel safe and cared for every step of the way.(Such a admirer Dr outside there 😆) The nursing staff 7A were equally outstanding always gentle, supportive, and quick to respond whenever I needed help esp call bell less than 10 sec they attend 🥳. Their warm smiles and sincere kindness brought so much comfort during I admit for 3 days. I am deeply grateful for their exceptional care and the positive experience they created for me. Thank you all. Now I'm totally recovered 🥰
