The patient care and services were excellent. Starting from the emergency and surgical care team, Dr. Chooi Wai Kit, who managed my case, was very attentive and understood the pain I was experiencing. The physiotherapy team was also very patient and supportive throughout my physiotherapy sessions, especially Mr. Uwais and his colleagues. The nurses and staff at Columbia Asia Iskandar Puteri were also very good, friendly, and helpful during my follow-up treatments. Thank you very much, and I hope you can maintain this excellent performance 👍👍👏👏

Dr. Choi is good. Courteous and caring about the patient's condition. The staff here are also friendly and polite.

Long overdue review for Dr Chooi Wai Kit and the hospital. I had a torn Achilles tendon that Dr Chooi fixed. I am not the easiest patient to deal with - a lot of questions and what if scenarios. Dr Chooi patiently explained and answered my questions. Surgery was delayed as Dr Chooi had a conference to attend. After surgery I was hospitalised for 7 days after. Nothing to do with bad post op. Dr Chooi observed that I am a "cannot sit still" person and he felt that enforced bed rest would be best for me. The nursing care is good. It would help if the staff could speak English better. My BM is passable but I need to translate it to understand their instructions. I went back to see Dr Chooi for my pain in my left wrist after a fall in 2023. He saw a couple of hairline fractures. He came back with the comment "could you slow down" and he reminded me about "cannot sit still". We both laughed and I said I will try. Earlier in 2025, I went to see Dr Chooi about pain in my right ankle. I guessed it was related to my earlier torn tendon repair. He said it was 20% torn because I cannot sit still. I was instructed to slow down and not be in a rush. Sounds familiar. We both laughed again. Dr Chooi is an orthopedic surgeon with a sense of humour to deal with patients like me.
