I visited the hospital on 18 January 2025 for a health check-up required for my Australian visa. I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hospital is incredibly clean and quiet, creating a calming environment. When I was looking for the health screening department, the staff were very helpful and even offered to walk me there, which I truly appreciated. The reception team at the health screening department was superb—extremely friendly and professional. I was attended to by Dr. Kamalambigai, who was exceptionally kind and made the process smooth and stress-free. During the health check, I was transferred to several departments, and I have no complaints at all. Each staff member I encountered was brilliant, efficient, and courteous. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hospital for its top-notch service and friendly staff. I did not managed to get all the names for the staffs on hat day but they were all great! Thank you so much.

UCSI Hospital is the best, all the services are good, Dr. Kamala is very good in taking care of my husband, all the nurses are friendly, Intan's customer care staff is very good. The food is delicious. Will recommend to other friends. Best UCSI
