well what can i say it really does pay to spend a little extra and save a whole lot of time and wasted money on cheaper alternatives, having booked an appointment with Dr Lee Li Ching and her very helpful and extremely friendly medical assistant Chintra for a Cardiac Angiogram the whole nerve raking experience was made so so so much better by the absolute professionalism, kind, empathetic, courteous, friendly and completely understanding staff from check-in to check-out, absolutely the best most informative to date, cardiac specialist Dr Lee Li completely humbled, willingly listened open to different perspectives and understanding very thorough and attentive i couldn’t have wished for a better service, why oh why can’t other leading hospitals be like this??? Pantai & Gleneagles are absolutely useless in which i have many experiences with cardiology, gastroenterologist, ENT, Orthopaedics & Oncology utterly disgraceful in comparison nothing but egotistical ignorant greedy Doctors constantly misdiagnosed and pushed to have expensive procedures and unnecessary Pharmaceuticals, fortunately i have 18 years in the Medical Field and for the first time i felt a real sense of empathy and willingness to help the patient in which the whole premise of the title “Doctor” is all about…

I arrived for my scheduled health screening right on time. After checking in, I was given a number and waited briefly for my turn. The registration process was seamless and hassle-free, and I was quickly directed to the waiting area to begin my screening. The entire team—from the reception staff to the nurses and doctors—provided exceptional service. They guided me through every step of the process, clearly explaining each test I would undergo. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Once all the tests were completed, I had a consultation with Dr. Lee Li Ching. She went through my report in detail, taking the time to address my concerns with genuine care and attention. Her thoughtful explanations and advice reassured me, and she prescribed some medication while reminding me to monitor my health closely. Before leaving, I used the complimentary meal voucher provided, which was a nice touch. Afterward, I settled the bill, collected my medication, and was on my way. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for my health screening. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the high level of professionalism and kindness shown by everyone involved.

My 77-year-old father recently underwent a total hip replacement at ALTY Orthopaedic Hospital under the care of Prof. Dr. Azhar Mahmood Merican, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very first consultation, Dr. Azhar showed exceptional patience and professionalism. He took the time to understand my father’s condition and concerns thoroughly. We’re also very grateful that he was able to accommodate our request for an immediate surgery date. The surgery went smoothly, and we were impressed by the neatness of the incision—no visible stitches at all, thanks to the hospital’s advanced surgical methods. Dr. Azhar personally checked on my father every single day, which gave us a lot of reassurance. My father was admitted for 4 days and 3 nights. The overall service at ALTY truly felt like a 5-star hotel—the warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism of every staff member, from doctors to nurses to service staff, made the entire stay pleasant and memorable. A special mention goes to Carrie, the Joint Navigator, a role I’ve never encountered in other hospitals. She guided us through the entire journey from pre-surgery preparations to post-surgery recovery, ensuring that both the patient and family were well-informed and supported throughout. Special thanks to Dr Lee Li Ching, cardiologist, Dr Lim, anaesthetist, Dr Stefan, physical therapist, nurse Siti, nurse One Ling, Elina, hospitality manager and all medical personnel ;) Only feedback is F&B can be improved :p We’re now looking forward to the follow-up consultations and physiotherapy sessions. Totally professional. Quick and efficient. I had a 2 hour cardio procedure and xray, very impressed with Dr Lee Li Ching. Bill was reasonable.
