I was admitted to the hospital yesterday and underwent surgery for the excision of a superficial hemangioma in the neurosurgery department. Dr. SIA explained my condition in detail. I underwent the excision surgery after fully understanding the situation. The doctors and nurses were very kind and had excellent attitudes. 👍

Very good and satisfactory services by Prof Dr Sia, Dr Shanti and Dr Simon Hui. Nurse Sheila from level 3 ICU was very attentive and caring. Nurses are very helpful. The wards and hospital are clean. Superb services generally. Food is ok. However the hospital's lifts may be added to cope with the heavy traffic and utilisation.

Dr Sia Sheau Fung (neurosurgeon) is really awesome.. He is really concern about his patient (asked for detail history, examine patient carefully, take time to explain until patient understood) and comfort patient in very patience way.. Thumbs up for him.. My stars rating is PURELY just for him.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Staffs (include the billing staff) not rude, but I can feel their impatient to deal with patient.. No greeting, no eye contact.. Facing computer while talking to patient, so m I invisible or what?! I thought they are the one who going to pay for my visit.. 🙅🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ And is really HARD to find parking.. Need improvement on this.. I rather take Grab to go instead of spend time to wait/look for parking.. Overall, I only appreciate much on the doctor's effort.. Nothing else to compliment as a private hospital..
