Ward 7A nurses,your genuine concern and support have meant a lot to me. Thank you for your incredible dedication, compassion, and expertise. You truly made a difference in my recovery. All the nurses were very good. The kindness, care, and the way the nurses in Ward 7A treated me are truly appreciated. Every time I pressed the call bell, the nurses came within seconds to check if I needed anything. Biasa la, urat halus always ada blocking when the drip is in progress hahaha — but the nurses never got upset even though I rang the bell many times. I would also like to thank Dr. Tan Eng Liang (Respiratory) and Dr. Jamal from ENT for your excellent treatment. If anyone asks me, I will definitely recommend both doctors for respiratory or ENT-related issues. Both of you speak in such a soft and humble manner, and your explanations were very clear. And of cos the room, my room always clean from hygiene, kakak from cleaning deparment hari2 dtg cuci. We know her job but the sincerity to doing the job im really respect, bukan 1 2 ward banyak ward kat sini ha. So, this is my 3rd time addmition here after my last appendic czer on 2024. Recomamded to all of you when you need a treatment.

We had a very pleasant experience at Ward 6B, Sunway Medical Centre Penang. All the staff nurses were kind, attentive, and always willing to help. They were patient in answering our questions and made sure we felt reassured throughout our stay. As parents, it truly gave us peace of mind being there while our son underwent his adenoid removal procedure. The nurses were gentle and caring towards him, which made a big difference to us. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Dr. Jamal Sazly, our son’s ENT specialist. He was professional, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. His calm and confident approach made us feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. Thank you to the entire team in Ward 6B for your professionalism, warmth, and dedication. We are truly grateful for the excellent care provided.

Underwent a throat and nose procedure under Dr. Jamal (ENT). He was very soft-spoken when providing explanations, and the procedure went smoothly. The staff at Ward 8A were also very helpful and friendly, especially Staff Deverani.. 😄 …
