I came to DSH1 because i was unhappy and gave up with the services from another Doctor and Clinic Assistant from a different hospital nearby. A friend recommended me to seek consultation with Dr Johan, which I did. I went to see Dr Johan and his Clinic Assistant, Iza was really super helpful from the start. She is the differentiator, game changer and super pleasant and accommodating. You can see patients feeling happy dealing with her. Dr Johan is very seasoned, he is very professional and very clear. I was happy with the procedure and you can see his years of experience that comes with it. My experience at Endoscopy Day ward was very pleasant and Nurse Fezzy attended to my onboarding which was seamless. Many thanks for the exceptional service.

Followed up for my third pregnancy with Dr Imelda Balchin. The service and care provided were outstanding. The appointments were managed efficiently by the friendly clinic assistant, Ms Afiqah. Dr Imelda made sure her patient understand all options & risk involved. She gave a thorough explanation for each of the option and counselled accordingly. The delivery process was smooth, she handled unexpected situation very professionally. The hospital room was clean and comfortable. All nursing staff are so helpful and competent. All in all, a very pleasant experience of maternity care in this hospital.

This KPJ Damansara service is the best, from the receptionists all the way to the ward. My child had surgery for a fractured bone with Dr. Johan, highly recommended. He speaks gently and provides clear explanations. Even my 12-year-old child felt comfortable with the doctor. I hope KPJ Kajang can follow KPJ Damansara's SOPs. Previously, I usually followed up at KPJ Kajang because it was closer, as I live in Putrajaya. However, the service is vastly different.
