A thousand thanks to Dr. Ravind, Dr. Kong, and all the ED staff — especially Nurse Mimi, Dina, Atiqah, Rina, Syakilla, Kak Shida, and Kak Ray 🙏 Before this, I was admitted to other hospitals and developed trauma every time blood needed to be taken, IV line inserted, or medications given. I would always cry because it was painful, and nurses had to poke many times just to find a vein. But at BTMC ED, the nurses are extremely professional — I honestly didn’t feel pain at all when they took my blood or inserted the line 😂 They were so gentle and even said, “Sorry if ada sakit, just bagitahu” 🥹 That alone meant so much to me. All the nurses I mentioned truly have very kind hearts. Even while handling two Red Zone patients at the same time, they still managed the situation calmly and professionally.im so nervous at red zone that time , but Dr. Ravind make me calm . acted very fast and efficiently in the Red Zone — I didn’t expect such prompt action 🙏 He is calm, professional, and explained everything very clearly and easy to understand. His response and treatment were excellent, and now I’m slowly recovering — truly grateful 🥹 Special thanks as well to Specialist Dr. Kong Wai Yew, who handled my case with great detail and professionalism. His treatment made me feel much better, and I followed everything he advised with confidence. Big shoutout to the Medical Ward staff too — all very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service, especially Nurse Rashini, Zulaikha, Julaika, and Lia 👍 Not forgetting my physiotherapists — Nico, Amir, and another Chinese female therapist (sorry I forgot your name 🙏). They helped me so much and explained clearly why each step was important. Lastly, thank you to the pharmacist, Miss Aisyah — friendly, kind, calm, and very thorough. She came to my ward and explained clearly how to use my medications, making sure I truly understood everything. Honestly, I felt very well taken care of ❤️🫰🏻🫂 Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ravind for his incredible care and expertise. My baby suddenly developed a high fever and began having seizures — it was one of the most terrifying moments of my life. We rushed to the hospital, and throughout it all, Dr. Ravind remained calm, reassuring, and completely in control. I am truly thankful for his professionalism, compassion, and quick action. We sent our youngest here today, due to very high fever for 3-days straight. The attending MO, Dr.Ravind was so kind and considerate, and quickly helped us through the entire process. Got the consult, medication, and refer letter in case we needed to go for ward admission... All done in 2-hours. (Note : not many patients, ER had lots of beds available). We just experienced the most welcoming staffs, speedy admission and Dr. Ravind is amazing, making sure he got all the details to assess my kid. And in less than 20 minutes, we got the results. They immediately attended to my kid with drips and meds. Truly appreciate the quick updates by Doc, nurses and staffs. Lastly, we were served 2 sets of warm meals while waiting, the meal was heartwarming as we did not manage to get any food while rushing to the hospital.

A&E Department. My daughter was brought in with an allergic reaction to peanuts, and Dr. Ravind responded promptly and professionally. He quickly assessed her condition by asking relevant and targeted questions, which enabled him to make an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Ravind also managed the situation calmly and effectively, ensuring my daughter remained at ease while administering the appropriate medication and dosage to stabilise her condition.
