"I would like to share a bit of my experience while visiting a colleague at the emergency ward recently. Overall, the atmosphere in the emergency department was extremely busy at that time. However, I am very satisfied with the service provided by one particular staff member whom I truly admire. Not only did she assist her colleagues, but she was also able to handle the requests and concerns of the patients' families there. She didn't just offer words of encouragement; her smile also brought a sense of calm to the families. I hope this kind of positive environment can be maintained. Visited the ED on 12 April 2026 and was attended to by Dr. Ravind. He was thorough in his examination and explanations and accommodating to my requests. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Kunalan for his detailed explanation of my condition and the treatment plan to me. A thank you to all the staff and nurses at the Medical Ward, Level 5, for their dedicated care.
