My appendix operation here was performed by Dr. Zulkifli Mohamad Zainuddin. Alhamdulillah, it was safe, excellent, and satisfactory. 🤗 Thank you to the nurses who assisted, especially with the difficulty of inserting the cannula in my arm because my veins were uncooperative. 🤭 Overall good service & experience👍👍

Aliyah was an amazing clinic assistant at Dr. Zul’s clinic—friendly, professional, and extremely respectful. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable with her warm and welcoming attitude. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and how effortlessly she used the correct pronouns for me without hesitation. It’s rare to find such understanding and professionalism, and I truly appreciated it. She definitely deserves a raise or some recognition for her excellent service! Dr. Zul was also highly professional and knowledgeable. His calm and reassuring approach made the entire experience even better. It’s clear that he genuinely cares for his patients, and with a great team like Aliyah by his side, the clinic provides outstanding service. Keep up the great work!

We would like to say a special thank you and appreciation to Dr Zul (general surgeon) . My son went through GA circum with him. From the very first met for consultation till the admission day, surgery , reviews and the unfortunate situation where my son's had bleeding where we needed to rush him to the emergency after few days of surgery. We appreciate for what he has done and what most important was my son liked him and felt comfortable whenever he sees Dr.Zul. Not forgetting Dr. Wong she's the Anaesthetists (if I'm not wrong ), nurses in Day Care level 4 and Ward level 7 and also Dr. Ameerul and team in Emergency dept. Thank you for your wonderful services and care !!!🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷 Some areas for improvement -- 1) Front Desk customer service (GF) - poor greetings and communications. 2) F&B outlet - Please add more or at least the existing outlets could prolong the business hours for the non patients/ visitors convinience.
