My child was treated by ophthalmologist Dr. Tiong Tung Hui. The information provided was very clear and detailed. The procedure and treatment were also explained in great detail. Initially, there was nothing unusual with my child's eyes. Now that my child is 3 years old, I, as the father, only recently noticed that the eyes seemed a bit strange and brought my child to see the doctor. It was diagnosed that the child had cataracts and was treated immediately. All procedures went smoothly. Recommended for patients with eye problems. The staff nurses in ward B3 were kind and friendly.

Thank you Dr Jane Ho and Dr Tiong (Eye specialist) for the professionalism. Consultation was very detailed and doctors were very friendly. However the staff at specialist's counter was very rude and provided me very confusing information, i ended up going to and fro a few times to admin side to find out the information myself. There was also no apology given.

My father was admitted this morning under Dr. Tiong. Although we waited in the waiting room for almost half an hour, the admission staff handled everything very efficiently and professionally, even when the rooms were fully occupied. Special thanks to Zaidah,Mary and Novi (nursing staff) for upgrading my father’s room. They were very friendly, showed excellent service, and demonstrated great teamwork.
