My father was admitted this morning under Dr. Tiong. Although we waited in the waiting room for almost half an hour, the admission staff handled everything very efficiently and professionally, even when the rooms were fully occupied. Special thanks to Zaidah,Mary and Novi (nursing staff) for upgrading my father’s room. They were very friendly, showed excellent service, and demonstrated great teamwork. Thank you all for your care and support.

Thank you Dr Jane Ho and Dr Tiong (Eye specialist) for the professionalism. Consultation was very detailed and doctors were very friendly. However the staff at specialist's counter was very rude and provided me very confusing information, i ended up going to and fro a few times to admin side to find out the information myself. There was also no apology given.
