My personal experience with GHJ is bringing my infant daughter to her appointments with Dr Rachel. I got assisted immediately upon arrival at parking, unloading my stroller from the car, from the helpful and friendly guards. Then there is buggy ride that took us to the clinic, which i find very very convenient for all hospital visitors, a service that lacks in other hospitals. The hospital’s structure and design are very pleasing & modern. (There were a few times my other child, who is a 4yo toddler, tagged along and gave the impression of this centre being a hotel rather than a hospital. No fear, no anxiety). Registration process, nurses’ assistance at the clinic was very smooth. Glad that i chose Dr Rachel in being part of my baby’s development. She is gentle, friendly and professional. My baby feels comfortable around her. Her words are kind, i feel easy consulting her mother-to-mother, instead of patient-to-doctor kind of feeling. The only thing about the clinic was that, as a breastfeeding mom, it was quite inconvenient for me to find a bf room at another level, what more having to wait for the lift at peak hours. At reception counter, they have refreshment drinks, with “batik girls” around to facilitate us. The little gestures and service that made my appointment days so much at ease and tremendously pleasant! Will def recommend this hospital to everyone i know living around here. A huge shout out to the ED doctor and nurses, paediatrician Dr Rachel Teh and staffed nurse team at Ward 6B for looking after our baby boy during our few night stay at Gleneagles. It was very stressful for us parents to see our child unwell but the team were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and reassured during our time there. ED wait was very short and very organised. We also had the single deluxe room which was generally sound proof and spacious. Most of the staffed nurse were very understanding towards our needs, especially when we requested for minimal disruption overnight. Food options for carer/regular diets were great too and there are cafes/restaurants within the hospital that provide room services.

The best private hospital so far. The staff at the emergency room are very nice and fast. The doctors, nurses, customer service and all staff are superb..very helpful. Dr Rachel is very good..thumbs up!! TQ Doc. The environment is very good..clean..away from the hustle and bustle..cozy room..delicious food. TQ to the Customer Service staff.. Ms. Faizatul Maiza who took care of us in ward room 632B..gave a cute souvenir for my kid Ameena Zahra..really appreciate it.
