I am here for triple ENT procedure. Dr Raymond my ENT specialist & Prof Dr Patrick my anesthesiologist. Both has excellent skills & exude charisma yet caring. Even though I still has post surgical bleeding after 48 hours, I was given timely fresh gauzes/bandages change n adequate painkillers n antibiotics to help me rest, recover & prevent from post operation infection. Both the male & female clinical assistants & nurses are swift & cordial with patients request. En Zaim is definitely amongst the most o/s male nurse I come across in my previous hospitalisations experience F&B is freshly home cooked food flavour. Tasty even for patients who has no appetite after surgery. Ms Joyce is attentive to patients dietary requirements. Looking forward to her daily morning greetings. Beacon Hospital PJ, definitely one of the most underrated private medical center in Msia. Highly recommended to other patients who require affordable, professional & empathetic care.

Additionally, thank you to Ms. Mina Ripin, who was very helpful throughout the treatment process in Malaysia, assisting with administration, accommodation, and even transportation. At times, there were language communication gaps which Ms. Mina Ripin was able to bridge.
