      I underwent an HSG procedure today. Nurse Aisyah assisted me from the beginning and clearly explained the procedure, which helped me feel comfortable and well-prepared. The procedure was performed by Dr. Shahrizal, who also provided a clear explanation before starting. The procedure was completed smoothly within 5–10 minutes. I would like to thank Nurse Aisyah, Dr. Shahrizal, and the entire X-ray Department team for their professionalism, care, and excellent hospitality.

      Best service. Satisfied with the service of doctors Dr Faizal, Dr Rizal, Dr Izma. Clear explanation. When I was in Carnation ward, the nurses were also good and very dedicated. Today, when I had a problem with insurance, one of the KPJ staff (Mr. Norazlina) came to approach and assist me.
