For 6 years, I have been receiving dialysis treatment at KPJ Ipoh. Alhamdulillah, the staff here are very friendly and have been very helpful to me during my dialysis treatments. I am very grateful to the staff at KPJ Ipoh dialysis... The sisters in dialysis are also quite good and very helpful. I was treated by Dr. Lim, and I am also very, very grateful to him for being so concerned about my health problems.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dato Wahinuddin, Dr. Lim Wei Mei, and the entire medical team at KPJ Ipoh, especially the nurses and staff of Ward 7B and the Emergency Department. I was admitted to Ward 7B twice, on 8 June and 29 June. Throughout my treatment, both Dato Wahinuddin and Dr. Lim Wei Mei demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and genuine compassion towards me and my family. Dr. Lim was always gentle, kind, and reassuring. She continuously encouraged me and gave me the confidence to stay positive throughout my recovery. Her compassion and dedication made a significant difference during my hospital stay. The staff in Ward 7B were also incredibly attentive, friendly, and caring. Their prompt assistance and warm attitude made me feel comfortable and well looked after at all times. I am truly grateful for the excellent care and outstanding service I received from everyone at KPJ Ipoh. Thank you for your unwavering commitment, professionalism, and kindness. It is deeply appreciated.

Hospitality is very good.. Almost every department even the cafe staffs. Most recommended is Dr LIM WEI MEI the nephrologist. She's really generous, friendly and really compassionate towards her patients. Pls who ever thinking to see a nephrologist or to take a fmly member or a friend, 100% recommended. She will do her best to make you better and comfort.

1) Staff very helpful, smiling face and soft spoken. Good service at all especially for Occupational Therapy Services, Paediatrics Ward, Nephrology Clinic & Orthopaedic Clinic ( staff : ms Kua Jee Min, paediatric nurses, Dr Jasmine Lau Yoke Chin, Dr Lim Wei Mei & staff & Dr Leong Chin Leng). 2) The best medical centre in Ipoh. 3) Very clean & good environment.

It has been a good experience ,doing dialysis for last 3yrs plus at KPJ ipoh. Great CSR in practice,Drs especially Dr Lim Wei Mei and the Dialysis Unit staff were excellent ,very caring in their good services rendered to me as a patient.Syabas to all ,I will miss your good service & care when I transfer to KPJ Tawakkal KL..they are equally good too.When I am back in Ipoh for holiday,I will sure seek the services of KPJ Ipoh , Dr Lim & Dialysis Unit .Tqsm for your kind attention & care.Always Appreciated by me.Regards.
