Alhamdulillah excellent service at kpj pasir gudang.. 1st time with Dr.Salmi oct 2025 was very good and excellent experience with her. full of memories, thank you.. 2nd time with Dr. Shahidi feb 2026.. all my doctors are very attentive, friendly, kind and professional, environment very clean and very comfortable, many facilities available, serving food so good, many choices, also get free gift..nurse2 is very helpful, soft and supportive, also don't forget to mrs wana always take care, helpful, soft spoken and guide me if i have some problem. actually i'm uncomfortable every admitted at hospital, but this hospital that is kpj pasir gudang make me feel very comfortable and unexpected. All staff members from security, nurses and doctors are very helpful and always give me positive support. Very recommended. Thank you.. 🥰

Throughout the week at KPJ, Dr. Syahidi, Dr. Salmi, and Dr. Syamiza, who were in charge, were very attentive in their service. All the staff on Ward 6 were very caring and satisfactory. The food provided was quite good. Credit to the customer service staff member named Ramadani, who was very helpful in managing my KPJ Care app. This made it easy for me to retrieve my old reports during my stay here.
