The service from the nurses and staff was all okay, both from the Flora Ward Team! Dr. Gan is also the best Dr too!

The service here is satisfactory and comfortable. Dr. Gan Kian Seong served us well, his explanations were satisfactory, and his education was very good and acted as medicine for the patient. Pak Hatim was very friendly, kind, and facilitated our affairs during our time at KPJ. He accompanied us everywhere. It was a pleasure dealing with Pak Hatim. Pak Hatim's position is CCX. I hope Pak Hatim receives blessings from KPJ headquarters. This is a sincere wish from me for the kind-hearted Pak Hatim and the excellent doctor.

Very positive experience with Dr. Gan Kian Seong at KPJ. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, he made sure I clearly understood my gastric condition and how to manage it properly. The nurses were very polite and gentle throughout every step from blood taking, IV drip, medication, ultrasound, to X-ray making the whole process comfortable. Oh yeah the hospital meals were delicious and fresh. Even when I had little appetite, the food made me feel like eating again Truly appreciate the excellent care from both the doctor and the wonderful medical team :)
