      Ivy from Dr Norfaizal’s office was really helpful in explaining the procedures and went above and beyond to guide me throughout the process. Process even with complications along the way felt extremely seamless and smooth.

      Alhamdulillah I am comfortable here. Dr FAIZAL and MDM IVY gave very clear explanations. Staff, nurses and physio department, staff in the ot room Alhamdulillah all are good and pleasant. May it last forever and Selamat many Jaya. Love KPJ TAWAKAL
