A big thank you to Dr Nor Faizal Ahmad Bahuri and Tawakkal Specialist Hospital team for my successful operation and hospitalisation stay. Dr Nor Faizal is very a passionate, friendly, cheerful and patience person. He had patiently explained the pre and post operation to me, answering in easy to understand language and examples. This is a rare personality among doctors nowadays. Conversations with him can see that he enjoys his work with confidence and it’s not just a daily job. Never seen a grumpy face from him. His social media platforms provide good information. Dr Faizal’s clinic assistant handled his patients efficiently in follow up visits & enquires. Nurses at the Camelia, Azalea, ICU wards were friendly, helpful and provided good emotional support. Physio team was a great team and gave comfort and encouragement. Coming to Tawakkal Specialist Hospital for treatment was by chance and I was impressed by the service and friendliness.

Doctor Nor Faizal is the best doctor. Ca Chan Yoke Chin provided the best service. Physiotherapist Cik Izzati treated me very well, with excellent service. The room was also beautiful.

This is my second time receiving treatment at KPJ Tawakkal KL Specialist Hospital. My first experience was in 2017 for cataract surgery with Dr. Hamidah, and this time, I was under the care of Dr. Nor Faizal, a neurosurgeon. I stayed in a single standard room (No. 823, Level 8), and once again, I was impressed by the exceptional service. The doctors and staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making my stay comfortable and worry-free. The food was also delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. I’ll be checking out today, February 7th. The hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a smooth recovery process. Highly recommended!
