I just want to share my experience receiving treatment at KPJ Puteri, JB. Firstly, on October 8, 2025, my fourth child was transferred from UIA Kuantan Hospital to KPJ Puteri for an appendectomy in Sakura Ward 2 under Mr. Rahmat Othman. Secondly, on November 11, 2025, my second child was also admitted to KPJ Puteri for a laparoscopic cholecystectomy/cystectomy in Sakura Ward 2 for 6 days, also under Mr. Rahmat Othman and Dr. Noor Aini. Thirdly, my wife underwent a laparoscopic cholecystectomy under Mr. Rahmat in Sakura Ward. Many thanks to the clinic nurses of Mr. Rahmat, the clinic nurse of Dr. Noor Aini, the operating room staff, and all the staff of Sakura Ward, especially Puan Asmah Harun, who greatly assisted our family with admissions and discharges. Also, to the nursing staff Masita, Mr. Rahmat Othman, Dr. Noor Aini, Dr. Ponijan, Dr. Sulaiman, Dr. Audrey, who took turns caring for us at KPJ Puteri. Thank you very much for your help and for providing the best service. Keep up the good work! There are areas for improvement, perhaps a shortage of staff leads to stressed duty staff. I was recently treated here and would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff at KPJ Puteri Larkin for providing excellent and friendly service throughout my stay at this hospital. Special thanks to the two doctors who treated me with full professionalism and care, Dr. Lim Choh Kheong and Dr. Audrey Teoh Jo Anh – thank you for providing clear explanations and making my treatment process calmer and more reassuring. I also greatly appreciate the service of the nurses from Level 9, Lily 2 Ward, Room 921, especially: • Nurse Thivyah • Nurse Intan • Nurse Fatihah • Nurse Afrena • Nurse Fatin They were all very friendly, efficient, and patient in attending to my needs day and night. It was truly pleasant! Thank you also to the physiotherapy team, especially Abang Adham and another staff member (apologies, I didn't manage to note their name) – very dedicated and greatly assisted in my recovery process. Not forgetting the X-ray staff, who were very cool and highly professional in their duties. Throughout my stay here, I was very satisfied with the complete facilities, comfortable atmosphere, clean ward rooms, and organized management system.
