"A GOOD HOSPITAL" Alhamdulillah..... It was an excellent experience & treatment that I received from Beacon Hospital. They have good doctors & well trained nurses too. Thank you to Dr. Dato Mohamed Ibrahim, Dr. Lee Yit Shin, Dr Lingeswaran & Dr Sivaprakasam. To all clinic assistant Kema, Intan, Liyana, Hana, Amira, Iza, Susan & Don they were very attentive & helpful. The most patience, helpful, attentive & cooperative personnel are the team in RT dept. From beginning of RT plan was done by 2 nurses Arzuan & Aida, they helped to prep with the measurement marking & mask for my RT procedures. Once the day started with 5 RT for "Truebeam" and later with 30 times with "Halcyon" it was challenging for me, somehow those nurses took me through all processes very well. Thank you to Arzuan, Jaya, Aida, Farah, Zarif, Marni, Leesa, Khairul, Qayyuum, Nurul, Ella and many more...(sorry I might miss their names) Not to mention the assistance I've got from Sham and Din from Billing department who patiently managing my GL requests given their full effort in making sure the process runs smoothly. Morning routine Krishna will do her rounding and greet everyone in RT lounge. Most unforgettable moment where you get a chance make a new friend and met Mr. Ong from Batu Pahat also getting his treatment in Beacon. The man with full of joy & with positive attitude. Despite rain or shine, buggy & valet services team, they have rendered a good services to all hospital patronage. Thank you once again to everyone in Beacon Hospital "A GOOD HOSPITAL"

I have been accompanying my cancer stricken (bone mathestheses) wife for her montly treatment protocol since early March 2019. She couldnt walk and was almost bedridden then when i started the treatment in Beacon. Today miraculously she keeps going for the treatment on her own without my assistance after her treatment at Beacon Hospital. I wish to sincerely express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Beacon Hospital and i wish to sincerely commend Beacon Hospital, the Slecialists/Doctors (Oncologists) Dato' Dr.Ibrahim, the tireless Nurses (Malinder, Agila, Saradha and all other staffs for their excellent service and who made it possible for my wife to be comfortably on her feet again and resume her normal everyday life. I also wish to thank the staffs of the Billing Department especially Ms.Suganthi, Ms.Megala and the Pharmacy staff who were ever ready always and extremely helpful to us and not forgetting Ms.Wong, Ms.Margaret who was so kind and helpful too and all other staffs whom i have missed out their names I will not hesitate to recommend everyone out there looking for medical and specialist treatment please have Beacon Hospital in mind for the excellent, treatment facilities, service & hospitality. The environment is very pleasant and comforting and you will be served by the very pleasant, helpful and hospitable staffs of the Hospital.

Datuk Dr Ibrahim was introduced by my nephew. Dr Amin fr Kpj and I find Datuk is helpful and concern in discusing my health issue and giving me a good advice. Also, Datuk's assistant Dr. Lee is very understanding in giving me a better perpective on my condition. Datuk refered me to Dr. Siva and given a short notice. Dr. Siva was kind enough and helpful to schedule me for operation the next morning. Don from PR team was also very informative and courteous. All the staff attended to me were polite and friendly.

Very happy with the team of staffs Ms Ghanish, Helen, Malar, arisca, from Tulip ward and ICU staff ting, nadra, sharmini,Bowi. Services and food is simply awesome 😎. Warm and very accomodating team of staffs credit to Joyce for ensuring my meals are well taken care too. Dr Chong, Dr Siva, Dr Goh and Dr Ng Boon Huat has rendered the best treatment and care for myself till date. Highly recommended to all those in need. ,💕💕💕

I am very lucky to be introduced to this good hospital by my sister as the services and hospitality has been top notch. Credit to Dr Ibrahim, Dr Bong, Dr Sivaprakasam and Dr Anuar. Above all greatful to have been covered by Great Eastern Insurance coverage for the past 20 years and able to seek for a smooth treatment at this good hospital without any difficulties.
