I came here to see Dr. Tay Hui Sian, I find it surprisingly that she's good in explanation about my condition and try to understand from my situation. She's kind of very careful to diagnosed my condition,and she even try to find out whatever my underlying issue which may have caused to my joint pain. I also did physiotherapy here for my trigger finger, and the rehab centre here is good.

My dad has been dealing with different symptoms that are common for elderly and we have been meeting with few doctors to find ways to manage his pain and make it better. We finally decided to meet a Geriatric to address all his issues and symptoms as a ‘whole’ management rather than seeing different specialists as and when there are issues arise. We set an appointment with Dr. Tay and she had the consultation with our Dad and we finally got an answer to what is needed to be treated. It’s painful to see how our dad was not able to have a good and well-rested sleep for months and how it had impacted his daily life. Alhamdullilah, praised to The Almighty, after only 2 weeks following Dr. Tay’s management (taking the meds, doing the ‘homework’) we can see such massive improvements!! Our dad is now almost back to his old self, the happy go-lucky, independent, and most importantly, he got the uninterrupted sleep that he needed! There’s no other joy that a daughter could ask than seeing her dad finally regaining back his quality of life. Dr. Tay asked my dad what he wanted now in life, and he wrote on a piece of paper “I want to be healthy again so that I can enjoy life with my family”. Took my mum for her follow-up check-up with Dr Tay Hui Sian -Consultant Physician in Geriatric and General Medicine at Pantai Hospital, Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Really grateful to this doctor for what she has done to help my mum when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer + Vascular Dementia. We went to her when my siblings and I realised our mum started showing early symptoms of dementia for quite some time - lots of confusion, sudden moments when she would suddenly go blur and into panic mode (becoming more frequent), anxiety and mood changes. And as she was in the stage of denial about her problem and refused to see Dr Tay at all, for some time, I was "battling" with my mum and it was really a difficult time for the both of us. Well, in the end, my siblings and I half-tricked her into going to Dr Tay's clinic. My mum's first visit was not so good as she was unhappy, angry and still in denial. Fast forward to today (one year now), with the right medication, treatment and motivation by Dr Tay, my mum's life has improved significantly and she is now living a quality life. Though there are certain things that she is not able to regain back (such as remembering days), her condition has stopped deteriorating further and the frequency of her sudden moments of going blur has decreased significantly. Thanks to Dr Tay's advice, she is now much happier and less anxious. She has accepted her condition and is making effort to take care of herself better. And nowadays she comes out of Dr Tay's clinic with laughter and smiles. Really appreciate what Dr Tay has done for my mum 🥰🥰. And also thanks to the staff nurses at Dr Tay's clinic.
