I had my HSG procedure done at Columbia Asia Klang today, attended by Dr. Huzaimah and two nurses from the Radiology Department. Prior to setting my appointment, I emailed to inquire about the cost, and the team responded promptly with clear information. They also guided me on how to schedule the appointment and advised me to proceed directly to the Radiology Department on the day of the procedure, which made the whole process very convenient and well organized. Dr. Huzaimah explained everything clearly and in detail, ensuring I fully understood each step. This really helped ease my anxiety. The nurses were very helpful, gentle, and professional throughout the procedure. Overall, the entire process was smooth and well managed. I truly appreciate the efficiency, professionalism, and care shown by the Radiology team. Thank you for such a positive experience.
