      Datuk Dr. Benjamin Leong Dak Keung is a pioneering General and Vascular Surgeon, recognized as the Head of Vascular Surgery Subspecialty for the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. As the first vascular surgeon in Sabah, he established permanent vascular services in 2014, leading numerous state milestones. Dr. Leong is renowned for his expertise in vascular access surgery for haemodialysis and minimal invasive endovascular interventions, actively contributing to local and international vascular conferences.
