He has been instrumental in establishing and managing specialized clinics for substance abuse and mood disorders across Malaysia, including pioneering methadone and buprenorphine substitution therapy programs. As a national trainer for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and the Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC), he brings unique treatment approaches like Motivational Interviewing and Behavioral Drug & Risk Counseling. Recognized with the Iskandar Malaysia Social Hero Award (IMSHA) in 2014, his leadership and research contributions significantly advance addiction treatment in the region.

Unlike Tebrau one, IP has never failed to pick up my phone whenever I need to enquire about admission or appointments. I've been their patients since 2015, consulting with various doctors from gynaecologist (Dr. Rohani) to peadiatrician (Dr. Azhar) to physician (Dr. Dimitraj) to psychiatrist (Dr. Sivakumar) and each and one of them are amazing doctors. Even their Radiologist are the one who discovered that I have biconduit uterus when I come in for emergency fibroid twist removal. Very good!
