Dr. Chen in the Respiratory Department here is absolutely five stars. He patiently communicated with me for an hour, explaining my many questions clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner, and also gave very objective and reasonable advice. It was worth the trip from China. Many of my previous doubts and suspicions from examinations in China were also resolved. He clarified the relevance or irrelevance of many symptoms, so I no longer need to seek random medical advice or make unfounded connections. He explained clearly why and how things are the way they are, and what to do next for treatment and regular follow-up examinations. Now I can face my illness correctly. Although the examinations in China and here align, and some Chinese doctors had briefly mentioned it, it was only here that it was explained systematically and in an easy-to-understand way, providing a comprehensive understanding. This is very important for patients to be proactive participants rather than being managed in a Chinese style, actively cooperating with their treatment. He also clearly explained that my condition requires regular observation and that premature or excessive intervention is not necessary. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I’m writing on behalf of my sister in law who has passed on recently. She has been a patient at Beacon Hospital since 2015 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The doctors who had treated her were Dato Dr Mohamed Ibrahim, Dr. Lum and Dr Lee Foo Chiang who did surgery on her brain, Dr Tho was her oncologist till her passing. Thanks to the advance and up to date cancer treatment at Beacon Hospital. And lastly Dr Goh who treated her when she complained of epilepsy symptoms and fluid in her lungs. They have been very helpful to her and provided her with the best treatment available. She is especially happy with the food at the canteen and always tells me that it’s safe, healthy and flavourful, and she was very happy when her follow-up appointments coincides with lunch time, she would have very good appetite. When she was admitted to the hospital last month and was drained of all her energy because of the strong antibiotics, she told me she wanted to eat more fish/protein to build back her immune system, and told Nany, the head of F&B, that she wanted more fish in her porridge and was very happy that her request was met. As for me, I did my health screening blood test at Beacon Hospital last year and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient PR staff

Doctor Goh Keen San.he is very passion to observe cause of my breathing problem Nurse are very care and nice, all are on-time, Food it's really tasty don't feel like in a hospital such the brown rice, organic chicken and so many varieties you can choose. above of all thank you Beacon for you hospitality. I have been accompanying my cancer stricken (bone mathestheses) wife for her montly treatment protocol since early March 2019. She couldnt walk and was almost bedridden then when i started the treatment in Beacon. Today miraculously she keeps going for the treatment on her own without my assistance after her treatment at Beacon Hospital. I wish to sincerely express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Beacon Hospital and i wish to sincerely commend Beacon Hospital, the Slecialists/Doctors (Oncologists) Dato' Dr.Ibrahim, the tireless Nurses (Malinder, Agila, Saradha and all other staffs for their excellent service and who made it possible for my wife to be comfortably on her feet again and resume her normal everyday life. I also wish to thank the staffs of the Billing Department especially Ms.Suganthi, Ms.Megala and the Pharmacy staff who were ever ready always and extremely helpful to us and not forgetting Ms.Wong, Ms.Margaret who was so kind and helpful too and all other staffs whom i have missed out their names I will not hesitate to recommend everyone out there looking for medical and specialist treatment please have Beacon Hospital in mind for the excellent, treatment facilities, service & hospitality. The environment is very pleasant and comforting and you will be served by the very pleasant, helpful and hospitable staffs of the Hospital.
