We are from Indonesia and glad for choosing this hospital as the hospitality has been simply amazing. Nevertheless we are humbled with the medical treatment rendered by Dr Tho Lye Mun & Dr Goh Kee San. Great team of Dr's with lots of humanity. Nursing care at Lotus Ward is simply great too as we felt the comfort and warmnes here

I have been accompanying my cancer stricken (bone mathestheses) wife for her montly treatment protocol since early March 2019. She couldnt walk and was almost bedridden then when i started the treatment in Beacon. Today miraculously she keeps going for the treatment on her own without my assistance after her treatment at Beacon Hospital. I wish to sincerely express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Beacon Hospital and i wish to sincerely commend Beacon Hospital, the Slecialists/Doctors (Oncologists) Dato' Dr.Ibrahim, the tireless Nurses (Malinder, Agila, Saradha and all other staffs for their excellent service and who made it possible for my wife to be comfortably on her feet again and resume her normal everyday life. I also wish to thank the staffs of the Billing Department especially Ms.Suganthi, Ms.Megala and the Pharmacy staff who were ever ready always and extremely helpful to us and not forgetting Ms.Wong, Ms.Margaret who was so kind and helpful too and all other staffs whom i have missed out their names I will not hesitate to recommend everyone out there looking for medical and specialist treatment please have Beacon Hospital in mind for the excellent, treatment facilities, service & hospitality. The environment is very pleasant and comforting and you will be served by the very pleasant, helpful and hospitable staffs of the Hospital.

I’m writing on behalf of my sister in law who has passed on recently. She has been a patient at Beacon Hospital since 2015 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The doctors who had treated her were Dato Dr Mohamed Ibrahim, Dr. Lum and Dr Lee Foo Chiang who did surgery on her brain, Dr Tho was her oncologist till her passing. Thanks to the advance and up to date cancer treatment at Beacon Hospital. And lastly Dr Goh who treated her when she complained of epilepsy symptoms and fluid in her lungs. They have been very helpful to her and provided her with the best treatment available. She is especially happy with the food at the canteen and always tells me that it’s safe, healthy and flavourful, and she was very happy when her follow-up appointments coincides with lunch time, she would have very good appetite. When she was admitted to the hospital last month and was drained of all her energy because of the strong antibiotics, she told me she wanted to eat more fish/protein to build back her immune system, and told Nany, the head of F&B, that she wanted more fish in her porridge and was very happy that her request was met. As for me, I did my health screening blood test at Beacon Hospital last year and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient PR staff

This hospital's doctors and staff are excellent. In particular, Dr. Ibrahim, Dr. Goh, and Dr. Koon are very dedicated and have never given up on patients. Additionally, Sister Angie, Sister Khoo, and Sister Sheeren provide excellent service. My heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the medical staff of this hospital for their care of my mother.

Glad that i have chosen Beacon Hospital for my treatment. All the staffs here are so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dr Tho, Dr Goh and their team who are always attentive, supportive, caring and always strive to provide the best care to their patients. Thanks to Ms Valerie the pharmacist who has dispensed and clearly explained my medications to me at the chemotherapy unit. Last but not least, all the staffs in chemotherapy unit are also doing a great job. They are so kind-hearted and emphatic to the patients. My deepest gratitude to each and everyone of you.
