Nursing care at Tulip ward has been exceptionally good with lots of compassion and love❤️ nevertheless the meal served is very much healthy and simply tasty too and it’s being prepared with lots of detail 👍🏼👍🏼 Credit to Dr Goh Kee San for his care and professionalism too🙏🏼🙏🏼🫶🏻In general very much satisfied with the overall hospitality and we know we are in the great hands of the professional people around❤️❤️❤️❤️ Definitely this hospital is to be highly recommended to all in need of a smooth treatment journey

Dr. Chen in the Respiratory Department here is absolutely five stars. He patiently communicated with me for an hour, explaining my many questions clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner, and also gave very objective and reasonable advice. It was worth the trip from China. Many of my previous doubts and suspicions from examinations in China were also resolved. He clarified the relevance or irrelevance of many symptoms, so I no longer need to seek random medical advice or make unfounded connections. He explained clearly why and how things are the way they are, and what to do next for treatment and regular follow-up examinations. Now I can face my illness correctly. Although the examinations in China and here align, and some Chinese doctors had briefly mentioned it, it was only here that it was explained systematically and in an easy-to-understand way, providing a comprehensive understanding. This is very important for patients to be proactive participants rather than being managed in a Chinese style, actively cooperating with their treatment. He also clearly explained that my condition requires regular observation and that premature or excessive intervention is not necessary. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I have been accompanying my cancer stricken (bone mathestheses) wife for her montly treatment protocol since early March 2019. She couldnt walk and was almost bedridden then when i started the treatment in Beacon. Today miraculously she keeps going for the treatment on her own without my assistance after her treatment at Beacon Hospital. I wish to sincerely express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Beacon Hospital and i wish to sincerely commend Beacon Hospital, the Slecialists/Doctors (Oncologists) Dato' Dr.Ibrahim, the tireless Nurses (Malinder, Agila, Saradha and all other staffs for their excellent service and who made it possible for my wife to be comfortably on her feet again and resume her normal everyday life. I also wish to thank the staffs of the Billing Department especially Ms.Suganthi, Ms.Megala and the Pharmacy staff who were ever ready always and extremely helpful to us and not forgetting Ms.Wong, Ms.Margaret who was so kind and helpful too and all other staffs whom i have missed out their names I will not hesitate to recommend everyone out there looking for medical and specialist treatment please have Beacon Hospital in mind for the excellent, treatment facilities, service & hospitality. The environment is very pleasant and comforting and you will be served by the very pleasant, helpful and hospitable staffs of the Hospital.
