In early 2025, on January 3rd, I was admitted to Columbia Asia Klang for 3 days and 2 nights. During my stay, I was treated by Dr. Kiran, a surgeon who addressed my stage 4 hemorrhoid issue. The operation lasted just 2 hours and went smoothly. The staff was incredibly supportive, helping to calm me down before the surgery. Throughout my hospitalization, both the nurses and the entire team were very attentive, providing excellent care day and night. The hospitality was exceptional. Although I didn’t have a single room, I still enjoyed watching Netflix on the TV provided in the hospital room. Additionally, I was able to choose my meals from a menu, which was a nice touch. My discharge process was seamless, with no delays. Currently, I am following up with Dr. Kiran for the second time, and the service at this hospital continues to be prompt and excellent. I really appreciate Dr. Kiran for her helpfulness and resourcefulness. She is kind and knowledgeable, and it's clear she is highly skilled in her field. I always look forward to my appointments with her, as she is quick, efficient, and provides thorough, informative consultations👍🏻

Good service so far. Everything is quite fast, I didn’t have to wait very long queue to do CT Scan and X RAY. The malay lady that can speak chinese (I don’t know her name), she is very kind, reassuring and she explains all the procedures before the scans. Nurses came on time when I needed them and provide meds on time too. Dr Kiran, she is very nice and thorough and she made me feel safe assured before operation. Everyone is friendly here, they provide great service for me.

I’ve seen Dr Kiran (For my Gerd) & Dr Thiaga (For my Endometriosis) so far at the moment both are good in explaining & treat me. If not because of them, I wouldnt know what are my problem & causes.
