Came here in 2024. Initially, I wasn't admitted because of diarrhea. All the emergency staff were quick to help, lightning fast. Haha. Today, in 2025, I have chest pain, possibly muscle pain with a lump. The male staff in the emergency department found it strange that I had pain there. Haha. I initially requested a 2-bed room but got a 4-bed room, perhaps due to many patients. It took about half an hour of waiting. The staff were friendly, kind, and quick to assist. All the Columbia staff were okay. However, the four patients in this room were all Chinese and were noisy, playing their phones loudly without consideration. They spoke loudly on calls as if the whole hospital needed to hear them. It's understandable during visiting hours, but they were excessively loud until late at night, even after visiting hours ended at 10 or 11 PM, they were still noisy. I asked the nurse to address it, and she was very helpful. Finally, I was able to rest peacefully without the noise. The beds didn't have a remote system to adjust height; it was manual, adjusted from underneath the bed. But it was okay. It was comfortable and cool. The food was also okay. Clean. Dr. Kiran was good and provided clear explanations. CT scans and X-rays were done quickly.

I’ve seen Dr Kiran (For my Gerd) & Dr Thiaga (For my Endometriosis) so far at the moment both are good in explaining & treat me. If not because of them, I wouldnt know what are my problem & causes.
