My mother recently underwent a kidney stent replacement procedure at KPJ Shah Alam under the care of Dato' Dr. Khairul Asri, and we had an excellent experience throughout. From admission to discharge, everything was smooth, well-organized, and efficient. My mother stayed at The Suite on Level 5, and the service there was exceptional. The staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of, and we truly appreciated their dedication and compassion. They had done their jobs professionally and successfully in operating me, handling me from A to Z, carefully, even in my worst & frightened moments as this was my 1st time undergoing an operation. I went there, just to seek treatment. Nothing more, nothing less. I believe all the doctors and staffs there also want to treat and save the patients with all their hearts. Also special thanks and gratitudes to Dato' Dr. Khairul, staffs of ward 2A, 3 and ICU. Any inconvenience caused during my stay there, is deeply regretted.
