good service and excellent service from msu hospital especially from DR Siti Mariam, nurses and portal service which assist us for new parent from A until Z

I had my full maternity journey (prenatal, delivery, and postnatal) at MSU Medical Centre under Dr. Siti Mariam and had a very good experience overall. Dr. Siti Mariam is gentle, patient, and explains everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout my pregnancy. My delivery was smooth, and the team was professional and supportive. Postnatal care was also reassuring, with attentive nurses and good follow-up. Waiting time can be a bit long during peak hours, but overall service and facilities were great. Highly recommended for maternity care.
