I decided to deliver my baby at MSU Medical Centre because I wanted Dr. Siti Mariam to be my obstetrician, and the hospital is also close to my home-elmina From the moment I arrived on the day of my delivery which also happened to be my birthday ,the nurses and staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They guided us through everything, from the admission and billing process to my baby’s delivery, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Dr. Siti Mariam and her amazing team for taking such great care of me. They were professional, caring, and truly exceptional. Since my baby was born on my birthday (8 July), Dr. Siti and her team surprised me by singing “Happy Birthday.” It was the sweetest and most unforgettable moment, and it’s something I will cherish for the rest of my life. After the delivery, the nurses continued checking on me regularly and always asked if I needed anything, even though my husband was by my side the whole time. Their kindness and genuine care meant so much to us. On the day I was discharged, MSU Medical Centre gave me another lovely surprise a beautiful bouquet of flowers to celebrate my baby and me sharing the same birthday. I went for pregnancy check up yesterday..I’m having problem with my company GL but surprisingly staff name Cassandra Lunah Nurse Manager from SPC4 doing a great job by helping me to solved my GL problem..She is doing very well when taking my blood with no pain..i am very amazed with her experience and knowledge when taking blood coz no pain at all..She is very friendly and very helpful..next check up i want to request her to take my blood again and every hospital should have a nurse manager like her.. I’m very satisfied follow up pregnancy check up with Dr Siti Mariam from gynae..She is very professional, experience, well explained and very detailed person..I’m so amazed by her experience when she push and adjust my baby location coz after that my right side pain is gone..MSU Hospital have a great and very experience staff and doctors.. 👍

Alhamdulillah, my wife had a safe C-section delivery at MSU Hospital Section 13. We are very satisfied with the service provided, especially by Dr. Mariam. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and always provided the best explanations and recommendations according to the mother's condition. The C-section process also went smoothly and did not take a long time. During our stay at the hospital, the room was very comfortable, the food was delicious, and the package offered was indeed very worthwhile. The care for both mother and baby was also excellent. The nurses were always attentive, friendly, and quick to assist when needed, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay in the ward.
