The clinic staff, Atika, was extremely helpful to my mother, from taking her blood to assisting with the pharmacy. Atika and Dr. Tam were both very generous with their smiles. Actually, I recently came not as a patient, just accompanied my friend's father to see the Dr., while I was there I could see the new hospital... but I felt like I wanted to review it because there was this one staff at Dr. Tam's clinic that my friend's father saw, when we arrived there were a lot of people waiting, I just saw him serving the patients who came, even when he was busy the staff still smiled and chatted with the patients there... then I saw him running away to get the patient's report.. In the middle of him being busy himself..he had time to ask this auntie who was sitting in a wheelchair, did she need a blanket.. I'm really impressed, to me it even seems simple but not everyone notices small things like that..moreover it was really cold at that time.. And mostly the patients who came to see Dr. Tam at that time were all elderly..even though they were of different races, but you could see that he sincerely treated the patients like his own parents, even my friend's father seemed happy and not awkward with dia.. To that staff Atirah, Atikah or Atila sorry, I don't remember your name very well..pls continue the good work u are doing in your job👍👍👏👏May you get good rewards for what you are doing now..Thank you so much..🙏

My father received treatment from 3 specialist doctors at MSUMC; Dr. Azhar, Dr. Tam & Prof. Dr. Arman. In my opinion, they are the best. They helped as much as possible with clear explanations. I am very satisfied with the service at MSU Medical Centre.
