Start the appointment with Dr. Affirul Chairil Ariffin..good explanation of the procedure to be carried out..very details..the staff in the Dr's room are very friendly and always alert for any upcoming appointments..next, I admitted to Azalea Medical Ward..received friendly service from all the nurses there..thanks to the unit manager Meena, staff nurses Afikah, ,Amalina, Aini, Asma, Husna, Sham, Habibah, Suhana, Halili, Alya, Sofea, Aqilah, Syufena, Eylia, Mazwin, Mazura, Wani, Farah, and Linda from morning, afternoon and evening shifts..staff always monitor B/P, medication administration and patient conditions..comfortable, safe, and conducive environment..thanks to all the staff at Azalea Medical Ward..the food in the ward is also very satisfying..all the dishes are delicious and healthy..it's easy to say you're not hungry in the azalea medical ward..on the day of the operation I, Dr. Affirul are surgeons and Dr. Chan as the anaesthetist of the anesthesia department have explained all the procedures that will be done..to the staff named Haziq thank you for taking me to the toilet..not to forget thank you to all the staff involved in the OT room who helped the Dr during my operation procedure, thank you also to the admission staff Shukri on the 5th floor for facilitating the registration process..continue to improve your services..thank you

7 years ago, December 2013 I was admitted to this very same hospital and attended by Dr Chan. Still remember how he cares for me as a patient. Last Sunday I was admitted again for the same problem and requested the same doctor. But was informed that he is no longer attending patients.. Glad to know you had moved up to be the Medical Director Dr Chan! You truly deserves it! Hope our path will cross soon.
