I come every month for a follow-up with Dr. Rohaya. She is cheerful every time I see her. She shares good information about my illness and makes me feel less afraid ☺️. The counter staff are very friendly and efficient, from processing my registration to the end of the visit. Kudos to the Lablink staff who take my blood for procedures; it's never painful, they are competent and fast 👍🏽.

I, along with my child, were admitted under Dr. Rohaya. I was diagnosed with Influenza B positive, and my child also tested positive for Influenza B. Thank you to the team at Ward 13A and the staff at MSUMC, from admission at the Emergency Department until discharge, you were truly the best. My child was also happy at 13A, even though they were sick. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, even though we were placed in an isolation room for the 3 to 4 days I was admitted with my child. Good team and job, 5 stars. The food portions for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner were plentiful.

I had viral fever and being treated by Dr. Rohaya. She’s very kind-hearted person, passionate and dedicated towards her job. She gave so many advice on my health issue. All nurses are very kind and helpful. Thank you so much everyone in MSUMC ❤️

Very satisfied with the service provided. Dr. Rohaya is very efficient. She checked thoroughly and explained everything. The nurses, from the ED to the 12th Floor Ward, were very helpful. They genuinely do their jobs with sincerity. Always smiling. They even knock before entering the room. The male nurses and those who delivered food, if entering a female patient's room, they knock. They greet you and ask permission before entering. Very courteous. If I need to be admitted again in the future, I will choose this place. 👍🏻
