Dr. Lim Sheau Ing is incredible. Not only has she diagnosed and treated my health issues quickly and efficiently, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s good to have a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Had to do an emergency heart surgery due to a sudden heart attack and came to the ER for treatment. Everyone from the doctor in the ER that night, to Dr Prem who performed my surgery to the nurses Mary, Fiona, Kristina and Athirah who took care of me in the ICU was super nice and proficient in their job. The sudden angioplasty surgery was conducted professionally and efficiently and the aftercare was great

I use to be a frequent visitor of Sunway Medical Centre but I've always found their charges ridiculously expensive and their service not living up to their "five-star" claim. It was on one occasion that I got a dislocation in a nearby place which brought me to Columbia Asia Hospital. I feel that their physicians genuinely cared about my wellbeing and they actually want to help, unlike the money-grubbing staffs in SMC. My second visit here was for a visa medical examination with Dr Lim Sheau Ing. While waiting in the common area, I could immediately feel that she was extremely humble and nice to all her patients and myself. After my chest X-ray, I realised that the examination couldn't be done with Columbia Asia due to some requirements imposed by the visa authorities. I expressed my concern to Dr Lim immediately and she said that we do not need to proceed with the health examination/consultation if I do not want to, she will not incur any charges on me and I just needed to pay for the X-ray. I was extremely moved by the fact that she was so polite and nice even though I just wasted her time because of an error on my part. I felt that I need to write this review to commend and thank her, I truly wish the best for her in whatever she does.

The hospital was very cooperative when I went over to get my PCR test done, doing their best to ensure I received it on time before my flight and immediately sending me the report on WhatsApp once it was ready. Thank you Dr Lim Sheau Ing and also the friendly receptionists at the ER department. Keep up the good work
