The ENT doctor and the nursing team (Daisy Ward, Room 511) have shown first class professionalism, expertise and commitment to quality care. From the initial consultation to the post-surgery follow-ups, they effectively communicated the details of the treatment and made the process child-friendly. The nursing team also took excellent care of the patients after surgery and promptly addressing any concerns. I have ear problems. I have received treatment from the ear, nose and throat clinic. KPJ Kluang. I am very satisfied with the service of the clinic staff Erika and Janet.
