We had a great experience with Dr Mohd Syafwan at KPJ Kluang Hospital for our child's tonsillectomy. The ENT doctor and the nursing team (Daisy Ward, Room 511) have shown first class professionalism, expertise and commitment to quality care. From the initial consultation to the post-surgery follow-ups, they effectively communicated the details of the treatment and made the process child-friendly. The nursing team also took excellent care of the patients after surgery and promptly addressing any concerns.
