I was admitted in Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara due to kidney stone. Dr. Muhilan attended my case and I am so glad that he did. His approach to my case wasn’t just about clearing out the stone as soon as possible. It is more of ensuring my kidney is in good condition before clearing it out. So the stent was placed and once there’s sign of my kidney into recovery, he scheduled for a laser treatment to break down the stones. Throughout my stay, he also suggested for some ideas to amplify my allergy concerns into bracelet or dog tag necklace, so the medical staff will be aware of my condition if ever I needed medical attention. Today was my last day of admission and I was advised to not only take care of my diet but as well to manage my mental stress. It is such a good piece of advice from Dr. Muhilan. This showed that he cares about his patient, not only towards his expertise but as well the overall wellness. I’m truly grateful with Dr. Muhilan’s time and effort in attending to my case and to my overall health. Appreciate it very much.

Dr Muhilan is an extra-ordinary empathic human being and equally competent surgeon. Got my stricture removed yesterday. Was well advised pre, during and post procedure. Assisted v well by equally great human being, Dr Navin, the anaesthetic. Found 2 gud buddies to trust on in matters of health calling. Lastly not to forget the ENTIRE support staff of Thompson Hosp, rite from Hanis to all others whom i came across.. Found them to be very very helpful and caring. Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Muhilan. My wife and I went through the process of IVF and I consulted Dr. Muhilan for the infertility problem that I had. As it occurs, male infertility issue is as common as female and the doctor explained about my issues and suggested a surgery (MESA). The procedure was successful with good recovery time and IVF result was positive as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Muhilan for anyone who is having infertility(male) issues. Important thing is to come forward and speak to your doctor and let them take care of the rest. Also, I would like to thank all the nurses and assistants in the clinic who were so warming and helpful.

Had an intense kidney pain on Sunday night (23/1/19). Pain was so bad that painkillers from a local clinic weren’t doing it for me. Admitted to the hospital at night, did a bunch of scans. Next day, Dr Muhilan was right with me, explaining my condition (kidney stone) and what are the next action that we need to take. We met around 2pm, but was only informed that we can use the operation theatre at 7pm. My good doctor was not having it and managed to push me up to 3pm. Dr Muhilan was clear and concise with his explanation to me, and made sure I fully understand what needs to be done for me to heal up. (Not to mention he does it in a light hearted manner that made me feel more comfortable regarding the whole situation) Couldn't recommend a better urologist if anyone out there need one! I had an undiagnosed kidney stone and went to Thompson Hospital for some tests. Was referred to Dr Muhilan who took quick diagnosis and arrest a renal failure by suggestion of an immediate operation. the stone was removed by ureteroscopy and I was relieved of excruciating pain which I had suffered prior to the operation. Dr Muhilan did a great job and I am indebted to him and his team for his decisive n quick actions. No pain after the surgery and was able to pass urine as normal.
